According to the Kenyan media, hiding the faces of the girl and her family, the 13-year-old girl was allegedly bewitched by someone about 7 months ago and since then the life of her family has turned into hell.
Josephine, the girl's mother, says that in January 2018, her daughter fell ill with something and became very weak. She was taken to the hospital, but the doctors were unable to determine the diagnosis.
“Every time my daughter and I came to the hospital, a medical examination showed that she was completely healthy. And then she began to vomit frequently and various inedible things came out of her stomach, including ties, spoons and even a mobile phone. Then we realized that it was all about witchcraft,”says the girl's mother.
The girl was sick of the things of her family, which had previously disappeared from the house. Nobody noticed the moment of the loss of this or that object, but then the child began to vomit and this object came out of her stomach.
When the mother tried to ask the girl what was happening to her, she only muttered that "several faceless people wanted to strangle her, and then they intimidated so that she would not tell anything."
Once the girl vomited with batteries, and these were some other people's batteries, and not those that were at home. Then she could not go to school to take exams and they brought her homework. The paper with the questions disappeared, and after a couple of hours the girl vomited with this paper. After that, the girl stopped going to lessons.

One of the girl's family members eventually wrote a statement to the police that someone had bewitched his relative. He did this after receiving threatening letters from unknown persons. These unknown persons knew what was happening in the family and tried to force the girl's relatives to hush up the problem.
Soon, the police detained students from the same school where the girl studied. The children confessed that it was they who sent threats, but they cannot name the reason why they did it and who ordered them to do so.
Now the police are trying to interrogate the parents of the students and still find out what is the reason for the girl's mysterious state and who is behind it all. The girl's parents are ready for almost anything, even to pay the ransom, so that their daughter becomes healthy and can go to school again.
