Can you see death in a photograph? Photographer with 35 years of experience Andrey Vinnikov says that it is possible. Even before the advent of digital photography and the ability to process images with software, he often noticed strange artifacts that appeared in the pictures. However, the most unpleasant thing is that these artifacts are associated with death.
“Tens of thousands of photographs have passed through my hands. Sometimes, after editing, strange artifacts appear on the pictures. An ordinary person might think that this is marriage, but I know that this is death. Next to a person who is about to die, peculiar shadows appear, or the one who is destined to die cannot appear normally in the photograph even from the tenth time. My job is not to look in photographs for those who are about to die, and I never do this on purpose. However, after processing, in many cases I can say that this person will soon die. Not only I, but also many other photographers are faced with this phenomenon, just no one talks about it out loud. Nobody wants to be thought of as crazy.
There is another interesting observation. Here is the finished photo, edited, beautifully designed and just plain pleasing to the eye. But a client comes along with this photo and says that it is unpleasant to him, he cannot look at it, it scares him. Why? A person cannot explain, but I know there is death in the picture!"

I work in the erotic genre. Once I had a photo session with one model. The girl was beautiful, but in all the photographs there was something wrong, namely with the neck. At first glance, everything is fine, but a professional photographer will say that it should not be so. A few days later, this girl lay under a train that cut off her head.
That case then interested me very much. I went to the hospital and photographed several patients. Having carefully studied each picture, I realized who would die from a heart attack and who from stomach cancer. Again, I will say that only the eye of a professional photographer can see this.

What parapsychologists say

This incident happened to me in 2015. Then I worked in a print shop. The office was located far from residential areas, and a factory and research institute were located nearby. It is clear that the employees of these state-owned enterprises made up the majority of clients, and orders were often very specific. Given the older age of the clientele, it is easy to guess that obituaries and photographs for tombstones were often brought in to print. At the same time, the photographs were of poor quality, and I had to edit them.
Once a woman of about sixty came to me with a request to put in order and print out a photograph of her son. The picture showed a guy in his thirties. The client, apparently, really wanted to share her grief with someone, and I was given the role of a “listener”. This is how I learned that her son and his wife had been living abroad for several years. The wife was only interested in money, and lately she had a lover, and her always healthy husband gradually began to wither and not so long ago died of a heart attack … The wife inherited the inheritance.
My task was to improve the quality of the picture, which was taken with a cheap soap dish and print several copies. That photo was taken three weeks before the death of his son, then he last came to tell his mother home. The photo was taken at the dacha. A young man sits under a light canopy, flowers behind. Putting the photo into the scanner, pulling out the maximum resolution, I noticed that the technique began to hang. Everything hung: the scanner was capricious, Photoshop slowed down on the simplest operations, the computer had to be rebooted several times. The most interesting thing is that during the work I could not look at the photo for a long time, there was something terribly unpleasant in it. After a few hours, I was able to complete the work. The client came, paid the money, thanked for the work, and left.
Two months passed, and the woman reappeared in my salon. Sobbing, she explained that something was wrong with the photos. At the cemetery, at the grave of his son, the second photo has already burned out, but this is not the worst thing, but the fact that a metal pole is clearly visible in the burned-out photographs, which pierces the guy. I took the pictures and promised to figure it out. I found a scanned, unprocessed version of the photograph and began to study it. I passed it through filters, played with curves. Then I split the image into separate colors. Took away yellow, then red, then blue. Only the black spectrum remained, and it was clearly visible from nowhere that a pole appeared, which pierces the guy right through the heart. But he died, just from a heart attack!
That case became for me confirmation of the existence of the other world and the possibility of targeting any of us with damage. I never saw this woman again. What about photography? I decided not to show it to anyone else. He soon changed his job, the constant work with obituaries and pictures of the dead put pressure on the psyche. Perhaps that photo is still stored on the hard drive of that computer.
