“I saw something near the forest on three separate occasions and in different places, but each time it was the same creature. I am more than 30 years old and these observations were with an interval of several years in areas on the east coast of the United States.
The first time this happened when I was still in school and it was the longest observation. The second time I saw that creature only briefly, and the third time I saw it well, but not for long.
I just call him a being, since I don't know what it was at all. It did not look like a Yeti, nor did it look like a Wild Man, Reik, Lizard Man, or any other known monster. It seems to me that this something was a werewolf, since it could change parts of its body.
1) The first sighting happened in southern New Hampshire in the summer of 2000 or 2001. Time after midnight. The observation lasted about ten seconds.
I walked to my friend's house from my residential building and for this I had to go through a small grove, which was a private property. We often shortened the path in this way, although the owner of the site tried to scare a couple of times by shooting in the air or directing the light of his searchlight at us. This did not frighten us, but only taught us to cross the site very stealthily, carefully moving between the trees.
That night I calmly crossed the forest and when I got out, I stopped by the road because something on my left caught my attention. This something also came out of the same forest and went to the road and I saw it perfectly when it hit the light of the road lamp.
It was dark and at first I decided that it was just a shadow (maybe even mine), but then I realized that I was mistaken, because the “shadow” was walking and a strong crunch of leaves was heard under its feet. In shape, it resembled a very hungry African child, that is, it looked like a small man with thin arms and legs. In height, it did not reach even a meter

It was dark, but I was able to see that these thin "arms" and Legs "did not end in anything at all, that is, the creature did not have hands and feet. And they were also so thin that it seemed physically impossible that they support the weight of the body and head.
The creature's movements were even more intimidating than its appearance. It's even difficult for me to explain how unnatural and creepy they were. The creature moved from the trees towards the road and its steps were very awkward and clumsy, as if it had been walking like that for the first time.
His head was in the shape of a light bulb, and his rounded belly stood out strongly against his slender body. In addition, even when exposed to the light of a lantern, this creature did not have any shadow of its own.
I stood and stood staring at him and my brain tried to process the incredible that I saw. It lasted only ten seconds, as I wrote above, and during this time the creature hobbled to the side of the road, and then slightly went down into the gutter. And then it looked in my direction. Due to the great distance, I could not see the faces, and from my place it all looked like a black humanoid mass, moving with difficulty on match-legs.
And then I rushed with all my might back through the forest to my home. Because this creature suddenly got down on all fours and quickly ran in my direction on the grass. And in this form it moved exactly like an animal, resembling the shadow of a dog or a cat.
It didn't just change shape, it changed completely. Yellow eyes suddenly appeared on the black head and it made a loud sound, like a mixture of hiss and squeals. The sound was not like the screams of an animal or a scream of a man.
I was so scared that I ran without looking back and ran as fast as I could. I have already forgotten both about the evil watchman of this forest and about the fact that here you have to walk carefully. I never told anyone about what I saw here that night.
2) The second time it happened in central Florida in the spring of 2006. It was about 8 pm. This time everything happened very quickly, but I'm 90% sure that this is the same creature.
My friend and I went to rest in a tourist camp and we walked along the trail, and then my friend decided to shorten the path across a small river, and I walked around along the same trail. And then to my left I heard some strange sound, and when I turned around, I managed to notice how something black with very thin limbs flashed behind the tree.
I ran in the same direction, but there was nothing behind the tree. I didn’t tell my friend about it and it wasn’t unusual at the camp at night.
3) The third time was on the east coast of Virginia on June 8, 2019. That is, just a few days ago. This third case prompted me to write about all these observations. This creature scares me terribly.
I was at my old friend's birthday party, but I didn't drink, I generally drink little and rarely. To be completely honest, I drink herbal medications from time to time, but that's about it.
My friend lives with her husband in a private house, surrounded by fields, beyond which a dense forest begins. I came here for a visit from time to time and did not see this thing here. But that evening I went outside to smoke and walked off the porch towards the field. And as soon as I glanced at the field, I again saw there the already familiar black silhouette, similar to the shadow of a hungry skinny child with stick legs.
It looked the same as before with a large, slightly elongated head, a bulging belly and very thin limbs. And it still did not cast a shadow.
From a sudden surging fear and surprise, I stumbled and fell to my knee, and when I began to rise, I saw this black creature, now in the form of a creature on all fours, similar to the shadow of a dog, very quickly running away into the forest.
I assure you again that being on all fours, it did not move like a man down on all fours, but moved exactly like an animal and its knees were bent back. I still walked back and forth, but the creature did not appear and I returned to the party.
In the following minutes, I could not stop thinking about this creature, and as a result, I left the holiday early and went to my home. I have so many questions. Why does it seem to me that only I can see this creature? If it haunts me and knows me, why, every time we meet, I seem to catch it by surprise and it either runs away or tries to scare me?
That being said, I hope I'm not the only one who sees this horror. It seems to me that this thing is not from our world and does not live according to our laws of physics, since it does not cast a shadow, and it also seems to be a two-dimensional creature in a three-dimensional world.
One of my guesses is that maybe at some point I slipped outside our space and therefore saw THIS."
