There is a strange motive in the folklore of many peoples of the Earth. In such legends, the hero (or a random traveler) goes to some "special place", for example, to the afterlife, to the land of elves or fairies, to the island of immortality, and the like, where he spends a few hours or days, at most years. But upon returning home, he cannot recognize his native place, and moreover, he does not find any of his relatives alive. It turns out that he was absent from his homeland not for several days, but for several centuries.
A similar plot was also known from old legends recorded in the territory of the Samara region. Thus, in the village of Krasnye Klyuchi, folklorist Kirill Serebryanitsky wrote down a certain spiritual verse of Besednikov, which tells about a monk, as if “passing through time” (“for him there was one day, like three hundred years”).
And just recently, members of the Samara UFO Club found out that it is in your region, on the territory of the Bogatovsky District, that there is such a "special place" where amazing things are happening today. Local residents say about him like this: “The place is special. Directly through it, from the farm to the village, it seems very close. But few go there. At home, they seem to be close, but you walk, walk - and everything seems to be standing in one place.
About how this “strange place” appeared in the vicinity of the village, the old residents told the following: “It was long ago. On a dark, stormy night, trumpets sounded behind the forest. The earth trembled, the hills danced, and a "tailed star" fell from the sky. And then "a special place * was discovered."
On June 8, 1993, a group of researchers of the permanent expedition "Star Bridge" of the Samara UFO Club went to the Bogatovsky District to check the messages received and to search for this amazing object.
We knew its local name - Kruglovushka, with an emphasis on the second syllable, or Kruglovushka, with an emphasis on the third. We also knew the approximate location of the object. From the available description it followed that it is a round rocky island surrounded by three rings of water. “There used to be big trees on the island - now they are not,” says the legend. "Glows, glow, flashes are often observed here, foggy figures and images appear here."

After a short search, this object was found and identified. (The author knows the specific gray hair and the exact location of Kruglovushka, but for obvious reasons we do not name it - staying here is dangerous to health and life). A survey of local residents showed that outbreaks and fires blazing in half the sky were seen by many at this point. They saw lightning, as if striking from the ground into the sky, as well as a kind of "blue fog". According to the stories, it appears above the center of the Kruglovushka, spreads out in a wide ring above the water and disappears somewhere near the borders of the forest. In this fog, the trees seem to be smeared, no trunks or branches are visible in it, everything seems to sway, float.

Today Kruglovushka is a very complex structure. In its center, we actually found an island about fifty meters in diameter, densely overgrown with tall thorny bushes and stunted trees. It is surrounded by three water rings. The second and third rings at the time of our stay had fragmentary breaks (there was dry weather for a long time), along which the road to the central island opened. This entire system is surrounded by a clay-earthen rampart, which in some places has a pronounced amphitheater slope up to 30 meters high and 400-500 meters in diameter.
One of the members of our expedition, Boris Kilmenev, suggested that before us are the remains of an ancient settlement. His version was based on the similarity between Kruglovushka and Arkaim.

Reference. Arkaim, a city-settlement, undoubtedly one of the centers of the formation of modern civilization, was discovered in 1987 in the Southern Trans-Urals. Until quite recently, the wall regions of Russia seemed to scientists devoid of any cultural history. And suddenly, Arkaim was found here - a city-mystery, a city that turned out to be about a thousand years older than the Greek Troy, that is, it is a contemporary of the heyday of ancient Brita, the construction of the first labyrinths here and the accession of the dynasty of King Knossos. It turned out to be a huge city capable of accommodating thousands of people. Arkaim is a giant "wheel" - two ring walls, the outer one is 180 meters in diameter, and the inner one is 90 meters in diameter. They are surrounded by a double moat, and inside these rings are the remains of houses.
As if the spokes of a wheel go inside Arkaim, radial shafts and walls of dwellings. It is not known exactly who built this city, and why the settlement existed for no more than thirty to fifty years. It has been established that the city, built with considerable labor, was suddenly and overnight abandoned. According to experts, its residents carefully collected all their property, after which, apparently, they themselves set fire to the city buildings.
People never came back here again. Practically not destroyed, Arkaim stood in the middle of the steppe for almost four millennia. It is curious that even on the aerial photographs of 1956, the rings of the ancient city were marvelously visible. Archaeologists have been here twice, but each time for some reason they indifferently walked past the miracle.
Now compare the descriptions given here. Arkaim and Kruglovushka have a clear similarity in their internal structure. However, not everyone knows that there is another object, which also has a pronounced ring layout - the legendary Atlantis. Yes, yes, that same ancient metropolis of the mysterious Superior Race, surrounded by water and earth rings, the creation of the god of the seas - Poseidon.
Reference. Theosophical legends (in particular, "The Secret Doctrine" by E. Blavatsky indicate that modern mankind was preceded by the evolution of four intelligent Races. This source tells very little about the first two, since there are no equivalents in modern languages to describe them; the third Race is called the Lemurians, and the fourth - Atlanta.
Even Plato pointed out that people in Atlantis appeared independently of the rest of humanity - "at the very beginning, produced by the earth."
Subsequently, these "first-people" mixed their blood with the divine essence. Plato says about it this way: “Poseidon entered into a marriage with Clito (the first queen of Atlantis). The hill on which Clito lived, Poseidon fenced off at an equal distance from the center with five circles, making two earthen ramparts and three water ditches, so that the hill became completely inaccessible to the people, who then did not know navigation."
The latter indication is very important for proving the great antiquity of the described event. After all, primitive coastal navigation associated with fishing arose only in the Mesolithic, that is, 10-12 thousand years BC. Of course, all this should not be understood to mean that here, on the territory of the Middle Volga region, the legendary Atlantis was and was found by the author. Not at all! But Plato clearly indicated that Atlantis is a union of several kingdoms, several centers located far enough from each other. “Three water rings and two earth rings” is Atlantis. But at the same time, it is very similar to the Roundbeard. They also have one more common element in the description. Here is what they write about Atlantis: “On the island (Atlantis) that turned out in the center, Poseidon summoned two springs from the earth: one with warm, the other with cold water … They gave water in abundance,and, moreover, amazing both in taste and in healing power."
The cult of springs is one of the most ancient and stable on Earth. In mystical terms, it is associated with belief in the spirits of water. But, undoubtedly, the union of the states of Atlantis united not only common beliefs, but also a common origin (from the same god - Poseidon), and, consequently, common features: three water and two earth circles, plus two special sources in the center.
We were told that there are also two special springs at Kruglovushka. They feed the "holy lake" even today. The water is wonderful. Locals believe that it has medicinal properties. They usually take it with them to baptism, and it is kept for a whole year without spoiling and without losing its strength.
"Holy Lake" is a very interesting place in itself. It is here that the appearance of various foggy figures in the air and luminous images is most often observed, which created a certain mystical glory for this lake. That is why people used to come here from very distant places to bow to the lake and take water from it. However, in the era of militant atheism, local authorities fought this worship very intensively. Plus, from the surrounding villages, they dumped manure from pig farms and cowsheds into the lake, dumped diesel fuel, and so on. Then perestroika "burst out", and everyone was not up to mysterious phenomena, other problems and concerns appeared. Nowadays, only the local population is showing interest in the “holy lake”. And the fact that some forces have not yet left here, and are still acting - we had a chance to be convinced of this from our own experience.
So, on June 5, we arrived at the site. At 23.15 in the southerly direction from Kruglovushka in the sky a powerful light arose suddenly. Imagine a lightning "stretched * over a quarter of the sky, with a glow interval of 25-30 seconds - and then you will get an idea of this" play of light ". The level of ionization measured in the sky has risen from 8-11 micron-hours (the average level) to 24-30 micron-hours.
One of the observers of our group, A. Minyaev, claimed that in these flashes he saw something similar to a very remote city. (I cannot confirm 'or refute his message - the flashes were too bright).
And this is not the only manifestation of hidden forces in the area. We are also talking about the so-called "wandering fires". They appear now in the forest, now in the middle of arable land, now near the water. Their distinctive feature is their strict localization within a clearly defined area. The fire does not spread beyond its border, when an atom of an open flame is almost never observed, it “burns” somewhere deep in the ground, but burns out thoroughly, leaving only fine grayish-white dust. Men who are more curious went to look. The heavy load will be tied to a wire and thrown into the center of this bald patch. The cargo goes there. They pull back - lo and behold, but the wire in the middle has burned out. It's hot inside, but you hold your hand over the ashes - it's barely warm.
Local residents do not know the reasons for sunbathing. Who says - maybe oil is burning, or maybe peat. Some even suggest that the manure is smoldering. (Let's imagine that this still unexplored process of combustion will spread - and will affect large cities, or oil pipelines … What will happen then?)
… And now let's go back to Atlantis. Plato dates the era of its existence and the death of the central kingdom to the 9-12 millennium BC, which is at least 5-8 thousand years earlier than the time of the appearance on Earth of all the first known cultures that owned written speech and were able to convey any information descendants. Many researchers are unable to resolve this contradiction! They reason as follows: "How, after such a huge period of time, information about Atlantis could reach Plato and the Egyptian priests?"
But this becomes easy to understand if we assume that Atlantis or its individual messengers, like many fairy-tale heroes, seemed to have flown through time. It is possible that even today this country and its inhabitants continue their journey through some other dimensions.
Modern science does not deny such a possibility, but points out that such a journey requires incredibly high energy densities, as well as a kind of resonator beacons-indicators. Steel enormous energy from an incomprehensible source should be manifested in the area of their deployment. Don't you find that this is very similar to our Round Trap?..
