The story of Don Decker, who became known to the world as the Rain Man, is arguably one of the most well-documented events associated with the paranormal.

Its credibility is based on the testimony of many witnesses who were representatives of law enforcement agencies.

This strange story began on February 24, 1983 in Strudsburg, Pennsylvania, after the death of Don Decker's grandfather, James Kisho. While others mourned the loss of a close relative, Don Decker finally sighed calmly for the first time. None of the family members even suspected how much James bullied Don from early childhood. Don Dekker was in prison at the time of Kishau's death, but was given leave to attend the funeral and spend a few days with his family.

At the end of the funeral, Don Decker was invited to stay overnight with Bob and Ginny Keiffer, who were family friends and always treated him well. Towards evening, Don fell into a kind of strange state that looked like a trance. Cold enveloped him and goosebumps ran all over his body, and after a few minutes, inexplicable things began to happen.

As Keiffer later admitted, at some point, quite unexpectedly, water began to drip from the ceiling and along the walls. Initially, Bob decided that the problem was in the water pipes, but this version was not confirmed. Frightened, he called the police. Patrolman Richard Volbert came to the call, and then other police officers. They advised Bob to take Don, who was still in a trance state, out of the house. As soon as Keiffer and Don left, the house was back to normal.

Bob and Don went to the nearest pizzeria around the corner. Imagine the surprise of Keiffer and the visitors when the same thing began to happen in the room as in the house. Water began to literally pour over their heads and spread across the floor. The owner of the pizzeria immediately suspected that Don was possessed and immediately put her cross on Don's skin. Dekker immediately cried out as the crucifix burned his hand. At that moment it was no longer possible to stay in the pizzeria. Bob Keiffer decided to take Don home. As soon as they left the pizzeria, the rain stopped.

The police did not know how to explain the situation, so they told the owners that it was a plumber. Unfortunately, no one believed them, as strange events continued.

Lieutenants Bill Davis and John Rundle later admitted that they had seen Doc Decker in this state several times. Moreover, the day after the first incident, Don Decker did not just make it rain, but began to levitate. Unknown forces took possession of him over and over again. Until now, no one can explain what exactly happened to Don Decker, but no one doubts that this story is pure truth.
