The Chinese social network Weibo recently posted two videos (see below) of the same UFO. The phenomenon was filmed in the sky over the city of Chongqing in southwestern China.
In the first video, three lights are shot, large-scale with a zoom, which alternately go out and then appear again, while the lights are kept strictly next to each other, without flying off to the side.
The second video, filmed without magnification and later in time than the first video, shows only two flickering lights hovering over multi-storey city buildings.
By the end of the video, the lights gradually go out and no longer appear.
The lights are bright red-orange and it is not clear if this is a material object or some kind of illusion. As usual, the opinions of Internet users are very diverse. For one, these are alien patrol ships, for another, a rare natural phenomenon.
There were also those who assured that they had seen the same phenomenon in other Chinese cities, including Shanghai, and that it was most likely an "alien invasion."
One very popular Chinese blogger with the nickname "Steed's scarf" with 4.5 million subscribers believes that it is actually just an unusual reflection in the fog of the navigation lights of a landing plane.
