On Tuesday, the Library for Natural Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (LES RAS) hosted a press conference dedicated to the release of the book “The Great Secrets of the Apocalypse. Results of Natural Science Research”. The author of the study is Andrey Osipov-Skurlyagin, Chairman of the Board of the Research Program “Biblical Studies and Natural Sciences”.

According to the author, he has been working on the book for more than ten years, and he was prompted to study the Apocalypse by the “remarkable” reforms in our country.”Before getting carried away by the end of the world, Ph. D. And I saw that this industry in Russia "cannot develop, since it is led by practicing humanities and amateur managers."

According to the author and his reviewers, professors in the field of natural sciences, this book is the result of a scientific understanding of the Apocalypse. "Our research is based on the fundamental law of the theory of large systems - the law of hierarchical compensation, discovered and formulated in a generalized form by Evgeny Sedov at the Institute for Systems Analysis of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1980," says Osipov-Skurlyagin.

The study is devoted to Chaos (the author writes about it with a capital letter), as well as economic crises. The Apocalypse says: "the eighth, and out of seven, and will go to destruction." According to the author, this refers to the global financial crisis. Moreover, there were already six crises, that is, the end of the world is not far off.

“World statistics show that in recent decades only three percent of local socio-economic crises have been predicted, and in 25% of cases, economic growth was predicted instead of crises. This suggests that traditional methods of “scientific” forecasting under conditions of universal chaos are not just bad, but useless for anything,”says one of the book reviewers, head of the Laboratory of Physical Chemistry of Solids at INEOS RAS, Professor Gennady Semin.

As for Russia, it has an unenviable fate. The Antichrist has already come, whose task is to sow Chaos. As a result, Russia in its current form will cease to exist: a gradual economic, moral, and then territorial disintegration of the country will begin.

According to Osipov-Skurlyagin, he does not deny the church interpretations of the Apocalypse: they say, there is no contradiction between the studies of theologians and scientists. “The attempts of atheistic thought to rely on natural sciences in their struggle against Christianity are based mainly on distortions of certain truths of science and religion,” explains the author of the book. - The phenomenon of self-development or self-organization of the world really exists, and it is impossible to deny it.

We are talking about the phenomenon of “spontaneous” appearance of order structures in initially disordered systems of any nature, for example, the well-known Benard cells. The problem is where does this ability for self-organization come from in matter? So far this question is not clear enough to science. And now, at this stage of our ignorance, we inevitably have to appeal to God."
