Their traditions have several peculiarities. For example, unlike representatives of some other religions, followers of Islam never bury the dead after sunset, very rarely use coffins, and also do not process bodies in any way.
Why should the burial take place before sunset?

Muslims never cremate the body or process it in any way. At the same time, ablution must be carried out with the help of a special aqueous solution. In Islam, funerals should be as modest as possible, so coffins are not used at all (or they do it only when there is an urgent need). It is believed that the coffin is a sign of waste and is not needed by the deceased. Instead, he is wrapped in a special cloth, and carried to the cemetery on a funeral stretcher.
Also, Muslims are forbidden to install large monuments on the grave, post photographs of the deceased, and bring flowers. Women are not allowed to attend funerals. They can come to the cemetery only the next day after the burial.
