In Sri Lanka, there are at least three objects (stone, artificially worked plateaus, a kind of "pebbles" weighing more than a thousand tons), which are 99.99% a product of the technologies of the ancient unearthly civilization, which is commonly called the "civilization of the gods." The official version about the construction of this magnificent object by King Kasapa in the 5th century, speaking very mildly, does not stand up to criticism.
For 8 years of very conditional government, with a population of no more than 100 thousand people (calculations for the 5th century), while tribes with a primitive way of life were in Sri Lanka almost until the end of the 20th century, many kilometers of ditches suddenly break through, fountains are built, a hundred meters of the wall is covered with porcelain, millions of stones, bricks and everything else are used. And then for one and a half thousand years about it is suddenly forgotten and nothing of the kind (even just similar!) Is not created. Although the rogue king, who violated a number of dharma laws, could theoretically find shelter there and, possibly, carry out some separate siege work and fortifications. But the possibility of building all this in such a short time and with such small forces is hardly possible.
At least one detail deserves attention. Here is a bas-relief of the ancient goddess Ishtar (Inanna), often mentioned in Sumerian myths. At her feet (or rather paws - these are clearly not the legs of a human being!) Once was the entrance to … an ancient vertical elevator-lift! Which led directly to the flat top of an artificial pyramid. The very first researchers (British) have mentioned the remains of such a structure.
And now, very briefly - “what was that”? For the "city of the gods" - a little space. Most of all it looks like an ancient fortified base, a strategic point. And in all respects it resembles the fortress of Ravana (Rama's rival) Lanka, mentioned in the Ramayana. A fortress that survived an ancient assault (with the participation of Hanuman's army) and was defeated. By the way, some details from those times have survived to this day!
