Ancient nuclear war - myth or reality?
Going deep into the ancient epics and legends, analyzing them, and comparing them with real facts, we are faced with an amazing phenomenon: there is almost no doubt that once, in ancient times, some prehistoric highly developed civilization repeatedly used weapons of mass destruction on Earth, conditionally comparable to the known us nuclear … but not necessarily just that.
Many sources directly indicate the existence of rocket weapons long before our era and even at its beginning, closer to us. Literary and historical monuments keep many references to some terrible weapon, which turned even stones to ashes. For example, in India it was called "Brahma's Weapon" or "Indra's Fire". Here is a description of this weapon from the ancient Indian epic ("Mahabharata"):
“A blazing projectile with the radiance of fire was fired. A thick fog suddenly covered the army. All sides of the horizon were plunged into darkness. Evil whirlwinds rose. The clouds with a roar rushed into the sky … The world, scorched by the heat of this weapon, seemed to be in a fever. " Outwardly, this weapon was like "… a huge iron arrow that looked like a giant messenger of death." And here is another indicative passage from the Mahabharata:
“… he threw, seeking victory over Karnoy, An arrow that was lit by the sun and the moon.

Or from the Ramayana:
… the golden arrow all substances and beginnings
Absorbed and radiated an inconceivable shine.

Threatened, saturated with sacrificial fat and blood …"
Another confirmation of the fact of the use of "superweapons" can be the ruins of the cities of Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa in the Indus Valley, destroyed according to some sources in 1500 BC, according to others - much earlier, during the "kingdom of Rama" … So, Mohenjo-Daro was taken by surprise, destroyed to the ground and burned in some incomprehensible way, the ruins of its fortifications keep traces of a powerful explosion, as well as sudden heating and strong melting. Not necessarily the use of nuclear weapons - but in this case it was impossible to do without the use of explosives and high-temperature incendiary mixtures.
Traces of the "war of the gods" have been found in South America, Turkey and many other places in the world, distant from each other. Absolutely real ancient buildings, destroyed by a directed point strike almost to the ground. These are facts, not just hypotheses.
Who fought on our planet many thousands of years before us, what was this weapon and what is the cause of the conflict?..
Legends are ready to tell about this, however, not as much as we would like, and with a large number of ambiguities. But about that - some other time.
