However, at present this is only an assumption, which the activists of the International Research Association "Kosmopoisk" intend to confirm or deny. Probably, this summer the first experimental studies will take place in the Ryazan region. If the hypothesis turns out to be correct, then it can become a revolutionary discovery in such a fundamental concept as Time.
Twenty years ago, one of the members of "Cosmopoisk" Vladimir Emelyanov put forward an assumption about such an unusual influence of lightning on the course of physical time. It is possible that the hypothesis would have remained just a hypothesis, if not for "Cosmopoisk". It was the consolidation of the knowledge and efforts of many members of the organization, who are specialists in various scientific and technical fields, that made it possible not only to seriously prepare for the experiment, but also to implement it.
- Vladimir, I would like to know in more detail, so what is this "Lightning" project?
- You can't formulate it in such a way. The idea for this project was born when I was a middle school student. I read a lot of information about anomalous phenomena, ufology, work in this area. Everyone has some interests: someone is fond of collecting stamps, someone in cars. I was interested in fundamental research of space-time. People have always dreamed of time travel.
This is not realistic at the moment. Nevertheless, there are those who are trying to make the fairy tale come true. You can treat this in different ways. But once upon a time, those who talked about flying into space were considered crazy. It is possible that in 60 - 80 years time travel will become as commonplace and familiar as the exploration of space by man. So, the "Lightning" project was born on the basis of my personal guesses and understanding of the accumulated data about the nature of time.
- What exactly prompted you to think about the connection between these two phenomena: lightning and time? Are these some modern scientific developments, little-known facts?
- It must be said that the science of time is just emerging. Researchers need to accumulate as much factual material as possible, process it, identify some regularities from this mass of facts, build a logical chain of guesses about the nature of time and, if possible, test them experimentally. Vladimir Lenin once said: "The criterion of truth is an experiment." In my opinion, golden words, and in science they are very useful. So, bit by bit, the overall picture will be built. Contrary to modern assumptions, time is not a homogeneous quantity.
Cosmopoisk studies at UFO landing sites confirm this. In some of them time is accelerating, in others it is slowing down. And here it is impossible to refer to the error of the instruments. They were developed by knowledgeable people who not only understand, but also know how to reduce errors to the possible minimum when measuring. There are a lot of documented facts that indicate that some people somehow fell through for a short while in a “strange” time. I understand it sounds strange.

In 1953, biochemists Stanley Miller and Harold Urey showed that one of the "building blocks" of life - amino acids - can be obtained by passing an electric discharge through water, in which the gases of the "primitive" atmosphere of the Earth (methane, ammonia and hydrogen) are dissolved. After 50 years, other researchers repeated these experiments and got the same results. Thus, the scientific theory of the origin of life on Earth assigns a fundamental role to the lightning strike. When short current pulses are passed through bacteria, pores appear in their envelope (membrane) through which DNA fragments of other bacteria can pass inside, triggering one of the evolutionary mechanisms.

- Yes, of course, not all of these cases are 100% true. There are probably outright lies. But there are those who are credible. And this suggests that time can have breaks, portals. In addition, the official science says that time slows down a lot near massive bodies. For example, black holes.
It is clear that no one has been near the black hole and it is definitely impossible to say why such metamorphoses occur over time. And yet the fact remains. Another assumption: our world is not the only one. Perhaps there is, if not an infinite, then hardly imaginable number of parallel worlds. And it is possible that somewhere there is a woman like you, of the same age and in the same district of Moscow, but her fate was somewhat different.
- By the way, lately the official science does not deny, and moreover - tends to think that parallel worlds are an objective reality.
- In fact, there are no physical restrictions on the existence of such a theory. Plus, there are no physical laws that forbid time travel. And this is also an officially recognized fact. Project "Lightning" will be carried out to identify the possible impact of powerful lightning discharges on the physics of space-time. This theory was born long ago. Its essence is that in places where processes with a very fast and powerful energy surge take place, the course of physical time changes.
For example, in the epicenter of the fall of the Tunguska body, precise quartz sensors begin to lie. This value is small, but quite fixed. But 100 years have passed. It is impossible to explain this by the presence of any magnetic fields or other external influences on the devices. And this also needs to be investigated. At the same time, during a lightning discharge, all electrical energy in very small fractions of time, literally hundredths, thousandths of a second, is converted into other types of energy.
This is a shock wave, light energy, infrared, ultraviolet and even X-rays. I suggested that, perhaps, there are some other physical fields that are unknown to mankind. They are generated when lightning strikes. Here they are likely to affect the speed of the flow of physical time.

Today there are modern technologies that allow you to provoke a lightning strike. It is possible that this summer the Cosmopoisk group will conduct an experiment in the Ryazan region, in a place that we call the "nest of lightning".
According to our observations, it is here that lightning occurs much more often than in any other place. Special devices will record the course of physical time. We will not guess in advance. If my assumption is confirmed and the results are positive, then the "Lightning" project will continue.
