Experiments on "resurrection" of the brain, once planned by the American company BioQuark, will be resumed. This was stated by Ira Pastor, head of the company.
The pastor noted that this time experiments on the resurrection of the brain of deceased people will be carried out in Latin America.
“The first attempts may, of course, not be crowned with success, but it would certainly be foolish to expect a breakthrough right away. Nevertheless, we plan to use several methods at once, so the chances of success are quite high, - quoted the chapter BioQuark edition of Scientific American.
We are talking about experiments to restore part of the functions of the "dead" brain - that is, the scientists from BioQuark intend to return (partially) to life people with diagnosed "brain death". For example, as a result of car or other accidents.
Last time, such experiments were supposed to be carried out in India, but at the very last moment, the Indian Medical Research Council banned the experiments, citing formal reasons. Now the authors of the project hope to test their unique technologies in Latin America, where the preparatory stage is already underway.
