"They" are already on the moon. - “The problem of contacts is topical,” says P. Popovich. “Santa Claus is calling Apollo. - Who detonated the charge aboard Apollo 13? - Armstrong: we are not allowed to build stations on the moon. - Conversation of the crew of the Salyut-6 station with the MCC.

Until now, we have not cited the statements of those who, in their profession and experience, are closest to spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin. We are talking about cosmonauts, primarily Russia (and before it the USSR) and the United States. Some of them have flown in open space for a year or more, some have been on the moon. Given the interest of space visitors to the ability of earthlings to explore neighboring planets and send probes to the far reaches of the solar system and even beyond them, the chances of encounters in space are higher than anywhere else.

Such meetings are envisaged. They are included in the programs for preparing astronauts for flights, and are also included in the programs for visiting neighboring planets. For example, Armstrong and Aldrin, American astronauts who were the first to enter the moon, brought and left on the lunar surface a capsule with a silver-plated ribbon, which consisted of an address to foreigners in 74 languages. Voyager Station also carried on board a greeting on behalf of our planet and the Secretary General of the United Nations. Even earlier, a pictogram address with symbols of earthly life was transferred to outer space. A lot of messages were sent on the air by radio amateurs from different countries. In turn, they, as well as scientists with their powerful receiving equipment, have been waiting for the radio signals of "brothers in mind" all these years.

But if aliens are not somewhere in an unimaginable distance, but here, next to the Earth, in near-Earth orbits, then wouldn't it be easier to meet them at the crossroads of our own routes? That is why the inhabitants of the Earth listen with such attention to the statements of those of her sons and daughters who were fortunate enough to overcome the gravity of our planet and enter its orbits.

As the first, Yuri Gagarin, as you know, spent a minimum period of time in space. It was enough to appreciate the beauty of the changing sunrises and sunsets over the Earth, to acutely feel the joy of overcoming gravity, upon returning to realize the danger of entering the dense layers of the atmosphere, but it was not enough to collect other impressions. The galaxy of his comrades lengthened and complicated the programs for the exploration of extraterrestrial space until they gained the necessary experience and were able to get a closer look at what accompanied flights and spacewalks.

Some astronaut pilots reject the UFO hypothesis. These include Valery Rozhdestvensky and Petr Klimuk. Others, such as Alexander Ivanchenko, do not completely rule out the possibility of meetings in orbit. “Of course, we haven't seen any aliens. The likelihood of meeting them, in my opinion, is no greater for an astronaut than for any person,”Ivanchenko noted. “However, it seems unwise to reject this possibility.” However, Klimuk also believes that such a meeting may take place in the future: “Someday it will take place. This will be the meeting of the first visit, there will be no incognito flights. Such a meeting, implying absolute ignorance of each other, firstly, will be a meeting of equal rights, and secondly, this is the easiest way to collect maximum information about each other in a short time."

Cosmonaut Alexei Gubarev, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, is more optimistic: "As for aliens, I personally believe in their existence." And Yuri Malyshev thinks this: “As for UFOs, not a single person in the world will probably be able to say what it is. It is impossible to deny such phenomena: they were witnessed by thousands, even tens of thousands of people. But the physical essence of the phenomenon remains unclear, and those who consider UFOs to be alien ships, in my opinion, add romance to their lives, make it more interesting. Even if there are no aliens in the region of the Earth yet, but their visit will take place someday, then most likely they will not immediately come into contact with our civilization. Perhaps, in the beginning, we will become the object of one-sided study, and not mutual communication. This means that the aliens will behave in about the same way as the current UFOs. This, in my opinion,a very realistic view of meeting aliens."

Malyshev said that when simulating flights, situations are also introduced when cosmonauts receive a parcel from aliens through an "emergency hatch."

Hero of the Soviet Union, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yevgeny Khrunov has a similar opinion and at the same time makes it clear that he has information about UFOs: “As for UFOs, it is impossible to deny them. It can be assumed that they are caused by optical effects, but some of their properties are simply amazing. For example, the ability to change course by 90 degrees at high speed."

During the flight, cosmonaut Yuri Romanenko sketched a UFO that he encountered. And on July 12, during the docking of the Salyut-7 and Soyuz-TS stations with the Progress-14 over West Africa, cosmonauts G. Beregovoy and V. Lebedev saw a drop-shaped object flying up between them.

And here is what Pavel Popovich, Major General of Aviation, Cosmonaut, Hero of the Soviet Union, said in a questionnaire published in the journal "Tekhnika - Youth" in 1979: “In my opinion, the problem of meeting with intelligent alien beings is very urgent, philosophically important, and nowadays it is also topical. I think that the interest in other civilizations is not accidental. Now representatives of many scientific directions are engaged in this, and it is quite natural that there is no consensus among scientists. Whether there is life on other planets, no one knows yet. Some argue that there is, others that not. The positions and arguments of the parties are not sufficiently substantiated. KE Tsiolkovsky believed in the existence of other civilizations, believed in the possibility of resettling humanity in outer space, in the colonization of space. I believe too. I also have no proof - just intuition."

Well, intuition, especially of such an experienced astronaut, is a priceless thing. Important, as noted by Popovich, and the philosophical basis, a positive focus on extraterrestrial contacts. At the same time, the concrete reality is also important. The flights of the Americans to the Moon, one might assume, could give some results in this direction. According to Maurice Chatelain, one of the creators of the Apollo spacecraft, encounters with extraterrestrial intelligence took place, albeit at a distance. In his book Our Ancestors Came from Space, published in Paris in 1975, Chatelain claims that aliens watched every flight on the American program. NASA's management, which oversaw the flights, is inclined to believe that this is ordinary "space gossip". Nevertheless, this "gossip" was repeated in other publications, for example, in the "Book of Secrets" by Professor Jacques Bergier, honorary member of the New York Academy of Sciences (Paris, 1975) and a number of others.

What kind of gossip are we talking about? On May 15-16, 1963, US astronaut Gordon Cooper made 22 flights around the Earth on the Mercury-9 spacecraft. Flying over Australia, over the city of Perth, he reported that a greenish object with a red tail was approaching him along the way. Cooper also recorded anomalous phenomena over South America. At that time they tried to "write off" his observations as "the aurora borealis". But earlier, in 1951-1957, Cooper, a pilot with great experience, had already encountered a UFO in Germany, and then in the United States, and not just anywhere, but at Edwards Air Force Base - then the low-flying saucer landed, exposing three supports. She was photographed and filmed as well. The filming results were sent to Washington, and no one has seen them since.

On April 8, 1964, during a test flight of the Gemini unmanned spacecraft, it was noticed that four objects of unknown origin were attached to the ship. Air Force Command claimed that these were parts of the second stage of the launch vehicle. It did not bother to find out that in this flight the second stage of the rocket did not separate at all. June 3, 1965 Gemini 4 made its first manned flight. Pilot James McDivitt noted: “I looked through the porthole and saw a white ball-shaped object against the black sky. He abruptly changed the direction of flight. " McDivitt was also able to photograph a long metal cylinder. The Air Force command again resorted to the tried and tested method, announcing that the pilot had confused what he saw with the Pegasus-2 satellite. McDivitt replied quite sharply: “I inform you that during my flight I actually saw somethingwhat some people call a UFO, namely an unidentified flying object."

New observations provided new material. In their public statements, American astronauts John Young and Eugene Cernan in June and July 1966 definitely stated that they saw a UFO, adding that they were talking about "some other civilization." During the Apollo 8 flight (December 1968), astronaut James Lowell, circling the moon and seeing the opposite, usually invisible side of our satellite, said on the radio: "Now I am convinced that Santa Claus really exists!" Mentioned Santa Claus and Walter Schirra during the flight in Mercury 8. According to Chatelain, the mention of Santa Claus was a code designation for a meeting with aliens or their ships.

But even earlier, on February 26, 1962, on the Mercury-Friendship 7, astronaut John Glenn photographed an unidentified cigar-shaped object with a bright light source nearby.

According to one version, Armstrong, the first American astronaut to set foot on the Moon on July 21, 1969, immediately after lunar landing reported to the Earth: “I would like to know what it is? There are great objects here! Huge! There are other spaceships here. They stand behind the crater, on the opposite side. They are on the moon and watching us! Let Collins be ready …”Before that, for five hours, when Armstrong and Aldrin were in the module that landed on the moon, they were not allowed to step on the surface of our companion.

This message was denied by NASA. I must say that all night, when the report on the descent of Armstrong and Aldrin to the lunar surface was broadcast, I watched him on TV, being in a Roman hospital, and carefully listened to both the comments of the Roman observer and the conversation of the astronauts themselves.

I did not catch anything similar to what was stated later. Maybe my painful condition was to blame, maybe it just wasn't. However, there is another version - the report was allegedly not direct, it was “edited” during the broadcast. He was allegedly detained in order to cut out individual fragments with references to aliens before being broadcast. From the point of view of the logic of the behavior of the Americans, this can be admitted, since their mania for secrecy was generally known, but I cannot say that it was so.

Many American cosmonauts not only made statements that they saw unidentified flying objects, but also photographed them. Flying over Hawaii on June 4, 1965, aboard Gemini 4, McDivitt, as we have noted, was the first to photograph a flying saucer in space. Following him, Frank Borman and James Lovell did it from the Gemini 7, seeing two UFOs resembling champignons at a distance of 800 meters. The pictures were very clear.

In 1966, James Lovell, this time with Edwin Aldrin, on Gemini 12 again photographed a couple of UFOs at a distance of 1 kilometer. UFOs seem to enjoy being photographed at Lovell's, as they posed for him and Frank Bormann on December 24, 1968, when they flew Apollo 8. And on May 22, 1969, Thomas Stafford and John Young filmed the UFOs that accompanied them on a flight there and even back in lunar orbit! The same Edwin Aldrin photographed two "saucers" that flew in pairs a day before landing on the moon. Why a couple? Obviously, this made it possible to scan the Earth's spacecraft and monitor its contents and crew.

Maurice Chatelain in his book mentions the failure of the landing of Apollo 13, which was carrying a small nuclear charge on board to explode on the moon and reveal its structure. “On this ship,” writes Chatelain, “there was a mysterious explosion that destroyed one of the oxygen cylinders in the cockpit. It is not known exactly whether this was done by the "saucer" that was watching the ship. This explosion was intended to prevent an experiment with a nuclear charge, which could destroy the bases of an extraterrestrial civilization on the moon."

Chatelain can be reproached (and reproached) for the fact that he was completely at the mercy of the belief in the presence of an extraterrestrial civilization in near-earth space and based on this he built conclusions. But how then to explain that later, already during the US Martian expedition, which pursued the goal of establishing whether the satellites of Mars Phobos and Deimos were artificial, an explosion also occurred on the ship, which incapacitated it? We will also touch upon the failure of the expeditions to the "red planet", both American and Soviet.

The weirdness didn't end there. The Apollo 16 ship was supposed to disconnect from the module after Young's transition from the Orion module to the spacecraft so that it would fall on the moon. For some reason, Young forgot to press the release button, and Orion remained in orbit around the moon. Young's psyche is believed to have been under pressure from the outside. Whose? Probably those who did not want a collision of "Orion" with the Moon. This happened in 1971. By that time, it turned out that all the flights of the Gemini, and they were preparing the landing on the moon, were controlled by UFOs. NASA has admitted for the first time that astronauts have observed strange objects during their flights.

Anyway, over the past decades, 28 American astronauts have seen UFOs close to their ships, photographed them and reported this to their Mission Control Center. To this can be added an unusual find: the commander of the Apollo 16 spacecraft, Young, found a pyramid of glass-like material in the lunar dust, as well as an orange glass object. And the American space stations have fixed structures on the far side of the moon of unknown purpose, similar to construction cranes. Apparently, they were not intended for earthly immodest looks and they were jealously guarded. Hence the careful tracking of the lunar expeditions of both the USSR and - in particular! - USA.

The reason for such close attention was hinted at by the same Armstrong, talking with one of the professors during a NASA symposium.

Professor. So what actually happened to Apollo 11?

Armstrong. That was incredible. The bottom line is that these aliens made it clear to us to leave the lunar territory. Of course, after that, there could be no talk of any lunar station.

Professor. What do you mean by "made it clear"?

Armstrong. I have no right to go into details. I can only say that their ships are far superior to ours both in size and in technical excellence. You see, they were really huge! And formidable … In general, there is nothing to think about either the lunar city or the station.

Armstrong also noted that the tasks of all subsequent expeditions were simplified, and the time spent on the moon was reduced.

It is worth citing Gennady Manakov, who from August to December 1990, together with Gennady Strekalov, worked at the Russian orbital station Mir:

“We saw a huge sparkling silver ball. I think he was 20-30 kilometers above the Earth. The ball was very large. It seemed to us that the UFO hovered motionless above the Earth. We saw him for six or seven seconds and then he disappeared."

And here is a recording of a conversation that was conducted with the Earth on May 5, 1981 by the crew of the Salyut-6 orbital station, consisting of commander V. V. Kovalenko and flight engineer V. P. Savinykh:

“Time is 17.53. On the right through the window we see an object. The earth is from us in the three upper peripheral fields. An object with increasing brightness passed with a heading angle of 20.

- Can't you describe its shape?

- A bright star, at the level of a tennis ball.

Received.

The case was declassified on a telecast on November 2, 2001.

In a conversation with Soviet cosmonauts, Armstrong, when asked if he saw a UFO, replied: "But we also gave a subscription." The talk, apparently, was about a subscription not to disclose certain circumstances of the flights.

P. Popovich in an interview with the newspaper "Socialist Industry" on August 5, 1984 concluded: “Today, a lot of reports on observations of flying objects have accumulated, and it is time to sort it out. It makes no sense to hide your head in the sand like an ostrich and deny everything. The incomprehensible must be studied."

So, both American astronauts and our astronauts met with traces of the presence of "aliens". The Americans accounted for a large proportion of these meetings, and, despite all the prohibitions, the truth about the presence of "aliens" on the moon began to leak into the media.

"UFO. They are already here … ", Lolly Zamoyski
