A forty-year-old woman from Kirov drowned her own daughter in the bathroom. The woman kept the head of the three-year-old baby underwater until the child stopped resisting.
Then the mother took her daughter out of the water and put the body on the bed, at that time the father came into the room, it was he who called an ambulance.
A medical team fought for a long time for the life of a three-year-old girl, but she died without regaining consciousness. The examination showed that the child died of cerebral edema caused by asphyxiation from filling the airways with fluid.
Some details of the incident have now become known. On the night of April 23, Maria's neighbor heard loud screams. The woman did not immediately understand who was shouting, it seemed that it was some kind of inhuman voice.
- Lord! Lord! He came again. Devil! she shouted. And then everything calmed down and I heard a calm male voice, but I couldn't make out what her husband was saying. Then the ambulance and the police arrived. And Maria began to shout loudly: “Where am I going? I have children!”- says a neighbor.
According to a close friend of Mary, for several days the woman tried to drive out demons from her three-year-old daughter. She first beat the baby, then knocked out all her teeth, and when the girl lost her strength, Maria took the baby to the bathroom and drowned her. It is not known what the three-year-old child was guilty of; Maria told investigators that this was the only way to expel demons from her daughter.

Also, on April 24, 2015, the court ruled to place a 63-year-old disabled nurse from Khabarovsk on compulsory psychiatric treatment. The woman beat the old man to death with a wooden stick, thus trying to "transplant the soul" into the healthy body of another person.
