L. LaRouche claims that the Windsors use various international agencies for their own purposes. For example, the ex-president of the World Wildlife Fund, Prince Philip, coordinates international terrorism and manages ethnic conflicts under the auspices of this organization. No, this is the work of British-trained soldiers from the army of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, not the Tutsi rebels.
These soldiers trained in camps allegedly set up under the guise of WWF's gorilla protection programs. At the same time, the fund's operation in Rwanda is not the only one. Everything that happens in third world countries, from military coups and uprisings to environmental protests (for example, against the nuclear tests of France in the Pacific region), is in fact the work of the SAS - special-purpose paratroopers. The SAS is also behind what LaRouche calls the Afghan terrorist network (today it is better known as Al-Qaeda), which, according to informed circles, fully coordinates and controls world terrorism.

Why, you ask, would the wife of Queen Elizabeth weave a conspiracy that led to the genocide in Rwanda? Thus, the Club controls the huge reserves of the world's raw materials. The oligarchy is so self-serving that it manipulates the world's food supply. As a result of her policy, LaRouche concludes, about 10 million people die from hunger and malnutrition in the world every year.
