In general, you can read about the Mostishchensky labyrinth itself in Wikipedia. It is not a great secret that it is more than 2000 years old, that in addition to the labyrinth there are two Scythian settlements, that the labyrinth itself was completely cut off by the Archaeological Department of the Hermitage, documented and filled back up so that the locals would not be dragged into foundations and cellars.

But here's what you won't find about this place:
1. Even on the maps of the 19th century, this place was designated as "Temple".
2. Settlements, which were next to the labyrinth, had 28 inhabitants. In other words, not settlements at all. Rather, a post for the protection of a sacred place and a place for knowledgeable priests.
3. Stones marked with dots on the diagram are half-meter granite boulders. Granite is a rarity in this area.
4. The labyrinth in its form is not typical of the Surads (labyrinths) of the north, but it is rightfully considered the southernmost such labyrinth.
