On Friday June 13, 2008, Paul Dale Roberts traveled to Sacramento, California to interview two people with extraordinary stories. The first turned out to be a typical paranoid - I am sure that the military are hunting him and want to kill him, since he has “non-standard energies”. But the second interlocutor was indeed an unusual person. Even outwardly, he looked strange - very large, slightly slanted to the temples and, as it turned out later, more than a strange tongue in the form of a tube, which greatly complicates the articulation of sounds and makes his speech not entirely legible. This man, having read some articles by Roberts, himself contacted him via the Internet, and when they met, flatly refused to give his name and did not allow him to be photographed. However, it soon became clear why.
Paul began to call this young man Chubi.
Chubi's story is incredible. The guy claims that he is a hybrid, half alien and half human. He says that he was raised at an underground military base in Puerto Rico. In such bases, the government works in conjunction with aliens, who are usually called "grays". Why does the "gray" need it? In order to "take root" on our planet by creating a hybrid race. And the military? Oh, they want to create an army of "top class" soldiers with supernatural powers.
Chubi says that many underground secret bases are associated with the "hollow earth" theory. He himself does not bother with any theories, but he knows that there are indeed huge cavities underground. Natural entrances to them can be found in places such as Mount Shasta in northern California, in the Cascade Mountains, from where an underground passage leads to the ancient city of Lemuria Telos, as the Dero Caves in Indonesia, the pyramids of Giza in Egypt, the karst Mammoth Caves system in Kentucky, Himalayan mountains in Tibet, and through the entrance near the Sino-Mongolian border, we can reach the "City of Light" Shing-Wa. Chubi says there are also entrances to the ground in Brazil and India, but he is not sure where exactly they are.
Young bloodsucker
Chubi says that he went to school in one of the underground cities. Experiments on him were carried out jointly by the "gray" and the US military, and as a result, he began to experience a strong craving for blood. Under the supervision of the military, he was allowed to comb the area in Puerto Rico and look for food for himself. His skin at that time was scaly, and along the spine there were thorns - from the crown of the head and down along the entire back. He could make giant jumps and hunt dogs, cats, goats, and when he caught up, he killed and sucked blood out of them.
The military monitored his movements and for this purpose they always kept a special tracking device on him. The information they obtained in this way was necessary for them in order to determine his ability to attack - the military assessed how hardy, fast, aggressive, agile he could be on the battlefield. Chubi says that the experiments lasted a long time - from about the age of 12 to 19. And the guy claims that the military are experimenting on people like him by manipulating their DNA, and they learned these methods from the "grays". According to his stories, aliens (not "grays", but others), who were here at the dawn of human existence, manipulated DNA to create creatures such as a centaur - half human and half horse. The purpose of creating hybrid creatures was to use them on the battlefield.
The program crashed
Subsequently, the unexpected happened to Chubi: he was removed from experiments, since his human DNA began to reject other, alien, DNA and gradually began to prevail over it. His spines began to shrink, the scales fell off, his posture changed, and gradually the body was covered with tissue that looked more like human skin - little by little it took over his entire body. His thirst for blood diminished, he lost his former agility and, to the great regret of the experimenters, became "humanoid." The military no longer saw the point in using it. After a series of experiments on "influencing the mind", the military were convinced that from Chubi's memory they managed to "wash away" all the memories of the years spent at the secret military base. And they decided to use him in another experiment - they allowed him to join society and live with false memories ofthat he was allegedly raised by the most ordinary family in Puerto Rico - normal parents and a normal school.
"In the wild" he was constantly helped by some strangers (now he has no doubt that these were the military or people appointed by them), thanks to whom he got a job, found an apartment, etc. Chubi asserts that Paul Roberts is the first person, to whom he told his story - not a single living soul knew about it before.
How did he restore the memory of his childhood and adolescence?
According to Chubi, this happened through dreams. He began to have strange dreams! Now such dreams have stopped, but the memories of what he used to be, simply flooded his mind. Now Chubi is 23 years old, he looks like an ordinary guy: jeans, a plaid shirt, hiking boots. But the head is almost completely bald.
He makes a living as a truck driver. And he claims that here, in Northern California, he was brought, "friends", they also found him a chauffeur job. These "friends", as he believes, showed up around him also at the suggestion of the military.
Chupacabras
The word "chupacabras" (chupacabras) came to us from Latin America and translated from Spanish means "sucking goats." We have this word has undergone changes and began to bend according to the laws of the Russian language. The first reports of chupacabras began to come in March 1995 from Puerto Rico. But research by Paul D. Roberts shows that back in 1975, there were cases of mysterious deaths of animals on a farm near the town of Moka, and therefore the unknown predator was called "the vampire of Moka." At that time, dead animals were found on the farm - completely exsanguinated, with small round punctures on the skin. Later, Chupacabras were reported from both the northern American state of Maine and from the south - from Texas, Southern California, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and again from Puerto Rico. The infamous "beast from Elmendorf" turned out to be just a coyote,as shown by a study of his DNA. The people began to say that the military, they say, deliberately planted the corpses of plague-infected dogs, foxes and coyotes in order to confuse people and hide the existence of the Chupacabra.
Meanwhile, the people saw the Chupacabra more than once, and drawings were made based on these stories. On them, chupacabras really look like "gray", except for the thorns along the ridge and scales on the skin. Some even describe the Chupacabra with wings - like those of a bat. It certainly doesn't look like a coyote, a dog, or a fox. People who have seen the Chupacabra claim that this creature has scaly greenish-gray skin, like a reptile, and sharp needles along the entire length of its back. Eyewitnesses also say that chupacabras squeal and grunt like a wild boar, and they give off a strong smell. Chupacabra leaves a slimy substance on the ground and can disappear or, conversely, materialize anywhere at any time. It is something like an interdimensional being that can easily leave one dimension and go into another. Gray aliens, as you know, also go through walls in order to abduct their prey. Can they dematerialize from matter into pure energy? It seems so.
Strange proof
Chubi's story is, of course, quite unusual. One might even say unique. But Paul Roberts, as usual, is hungry for proof. Well, the guy has a strange face, that's right, and unusual eyes. Otherwise, nothing special. Which chupacabra is it? But the young man is tight … sticks out his tongue! God, what a language! It is monstrously deformed, as if folded into a tube. And Chubi says that when he was a Chupacabra, he could easily pierce the skin of an animal, the same goat, and with this tongue, like a tube, suck blood out of it - to a drop. In other words, the tongue was his tool for obtaining food!
Chubi explains to Roberts that the only thing he wanted was to tell someone his story, so that they know that there are many things in our world that we cannot even imagine.
Paul asked him about the "angel stops." It turned out that the guy knows very well what "angel stops" are. These are the places where aliens abduct people. The military entered into an agreement with the "grays", allowing aliens to abduct a certain number of people for their genetic experiments, but soon noticed that they significantly exceeded the quotas.
There was a conflict. But abductions were allowed in exchange for advanced extraterrestrial technology! So the military had to put up with it. The only Grays that still support Earthlings are, according to Chubi, the Grays of the "U" class. These are preparing for a large-scale war against the extraterrestrial race, and in this war, the Grays of the "U" class and the Earthlings will fight side by side. That's when the "super-soldiers" will be needed. Chubi was to become one of these. But he didn't. He, however, can also come in handy - in a different role … Paul Dzil Roberts thought about this as he watched Chubi get into his truck and taxi out onto the road …
