The first annular solar eclipse this year, which was best seen over Argentina, was doubly unique for a resident of Buenos Aires.
At about 10 a.m. on February 26, 2017, he went out into the courtyard of his house to photograph the sun's eclipse with his mobile phone.
After reviewing a series of photographs, in one of them, a local resident discovered an unusual dark object that was probably flying in the sky at the very moment when the shooting was taking place.
An eyewitness decided to download the photographs to his computer. By zooming in, brightness and contrast, he realized he had photographed a flying saucer.
The strange object did indeed look like a translucent, inverted deep dish with a small antenna on top and a cylindrical body below it. At the same time, according to the photographer, the UFO was not seen with normal vision.
An eyewitness sent his report to the World UFO Network (MUFON) the next day and attached an original and enlarged photograph of the object.
