The documents appeared in electronic form 10 years ago, but were released only recently.

In CIA documents, Stepan Bandera is called a fascist, Nazi, German spy, and his responsibility for the crimes committed by the UPA at the direction of the leadership of the OUN party is also emphasized.

The documents confirm the espionage activities of the Third Reich under the operational pseudonym Consul II. At the same time, documents show that after the war Bandera became a CIA officer.

It was clear to the CIA that Bandera needed Germany in Ukraine as an instrument of repression against ethnic minorities.

It was also noted that in this matter he was completely useless in central and eastern Ukraine, where he was completely unknown.

Even worse is described in the same document, the revival of the "state" of Bandera, which was named there as "the state of the mongrels." It is emphasized that 5 weeks of the existence of this ephemeris were characterized by a high level of cruelty and lawlessness.

The author also mentions that in the 5th week of the existence of the “outbred state” the Bandera supporters managed to get rid of 15,000 Jews, 3,000 Ukrainians and several thousand Poles.

At the end of the report, the author states that he apologizes for the "one-day vacation" as he describes the short-lived existence of a self-Ukrainian Ukraine.

They rely on the weakness of human memory, presenting this episode as a heroic and heroic piece of Ukrainian history.

According to the author, everything should be exactly the opposite. Especially the movement seeking to create a free Ukraine in the future must erase from its history this "shameful Nazi, fascist episode, which only brought shame, shame and suffering."
