Many people know this phrase: "Any advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." This phrase is one of three laws created by the English science fiction writer and futurist Arthur Clarke. This can be compared to the fact that in medieval times, people, seeing the work of our modern technologies, could take it for magic. For example, in the past, no one could have imagined that it was possible to communicate instantly at a distance. Now it seems familiar to us, since almost every person on Earth knows what a telephone is. To people in medieval times, communication at a distance would seem like a miracle. Likewise, to us humans from the present, future technologies may also seem like magic. In other words, if we had access to the technologies of the future, then this could mean that we do not care that we would have access to magic. So we will call the use of future technologies magic.
However, how can you even get access to the technologies of the future? This does not seem possible in our ordinary world. But still, in a world where a time machine exists, this access may be real.
Let's just mentally experiment: what would happen if you had a time machine. Example: So, currently you decide to get rich. For this you have decided to play the sweepstakes. For example, betting on horse races. However, just hoping for luck and placing bets is a dubious undertaking. Therefore, you decided to cheat. With a time machine, you came up with a plan. Your future I will go back in time to you and will bring you a notebook. This notebook will contain data on all the results of the races that will take place in the future. So in the future, you will have information about the future, which will help you earn money. The same plan can be used for other purposes as well. You are just helping yourself. The plan itself is simple to understand, but there will be many obstacles in your path. These obstacles make it difficult to bring the plan into action.
The first is that you simply don't have a time machine. To carry out your plan, you first need to figure out how to create a time machine. However, you are not well versed in the physics of time to create it yourself. Then you decided to change your plan. You will agree in the future with scientists who could create a time machine. Building and using a time machine is likely to cost a huge amount of money. That is, you will have to finance these scientists. In this case, the income from time displacements in the present should exceed the amount that will be spent on creating a time machine in the future. You also need to consider that the movement itself can cost money. It's like a car that uses gas all the time. And gasoline costs money. However, these are not all the problems. The future has its own power. Which meansthat she would monitor the use of the time machine. That is, you must make sure that this power in the future is not against the fact that the time machine was used by you. In this case, you can forget about the tote. It is better to use the time machine for other legal purposes. Moreover, this means that there must be payment for it, like a tax, or your movements must somehow benefit the authorities. Now power belongs to the state. It is logical to assume that the state will monitor the movement in time. This means that you need to make sure that she also made a profit as a result of your operation with the time machine. We do not know what kind of people will rule the country in the future. We will have to predict in the present tense who will become the head of state in the future. At the same time, the interests of other states must be taken into account. This means that we need to take into account the interests of the whole world. That is, most people in the future should not go against you and interfere with your time travel. As a result, it turns out that in order to carry out any operation in time, you must obtain permission from the whole world from the future. And for this you have to offer him something in return. There will also be time travel rules. For example, you will not be allowed to change history. If you try to do this, then someone from the future will stop you. No matter how you try to do this, an infinite number of time travelers from the future can fly to you until you calm down. That is, you will need to comply with the laws that people will create for travel. In the end, it turns out that in order to help yourself in time, you must make the time machine be created. You must be aware of the legal laws governing time travel. You must be financially capable. (All of this makes time travel less romantic than the movies.) Of course, you can't do all of this alone. However, if you unite in a large group of people, then together you can provide payment for time travel.
What kind of payment could it be? You simply don't have enough finance to spin everything up if you use ordinary money, which in the future may have a different value. Best of all, the payment should be material or intellectual. In other words, new technologies and scientific discoveries. Your best bet would be to create a system of time travel operations that the entire world can use. That is, if you support a system that allows you to use magic, then it is understood that it allows you to use magic as payment. And if everyone can use it, providing the same payment, then no one will bother you to get what you want. In other words, you prepare all the preparations in advance. In one of his articles entitled “Time Travel. Paradigm "I wrote,that people from the future could create a kind of space-time Internet. This internet is called "Paradigm". Since this network operates in time, it already exists in our time. At the same time, people from the future have already connected the Paradigm directly to our brain. Basically, it is access to its use that can be called magic. At the beginning of the article, we gave an example of how you can send a notebook with valuable information from the future. However, in order to simply send a notebook to you, you need to use a time machine and fly back to your past. This operation would be too costly. Knowing about such difficulties, people would not want to do this. But with the Paradigm of such complex operations it is not necessary to do. All information from the future is loaded directly into your brain. So, the ability "foresight" arises. That is, what your eye saw in the future can go into your past. By doing so, you are sending yourself valuable information. So this is already starting to look like magic. Now let's think: how to master magic? It's clear that no one will give you anything just like that. I need payment. We've said before that the best pay is to create a system that creates this magic. As payment can be the creation of a time machine, the creation of a Paradigm, the creation of science, which says by what rules, should be carried out in time (here the hypothesis of the creators is tested, which I described in the article "Time travel. The hypothesis of the creators. Project" METIDA "). The last one is the only onewhat can we do for now. That is, we need to create a science of time travel. In this case, we can think about what laws should be created magic. That is, decide in advance how it should work. Once you've created some theories, you should write it down in a book. This book can be called "GRIMOIR". The grimoire will be the source of your magic. The reason is that the more people read this book, the more people will gain knowledge. Grimoire is a source of knowledge and rules. Perhaps everything will not go strictly according to plan, as in the grimoire, but if the essence of your science in it is clear, then people will begin to use this knowledge. So among them, people will also appear who will create their own science and technology to complement yours, which will lead to the creation of a system that creates magic. Here a cause-and-effect relationship is built in time and people build a new technology that works both in space and in time. (author's note: tricky, of course, for understanding, but as I could, I explained it; I hope readers will understand.) If you suddenly become a magician, then the readers of your grimoire, seeing that you have succeeded, will also try to get magic. This will encourage them to create grimoires with additions to your science too. As a result, magicians will also appear among them. These magicians will cause more magicians to be created. That is, the first magician becomes the reason for the creation and appearance of an increasing number of magicians. (So the payment for magic will start to decrease steadily). The system of reasons why magicians appear in turn to become like a tree. This system is the source that creates magic. You can call this system "THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE". “Knowledge” because information, that is, knowledge, moves in time. The first grimoire becomes the seed of this tree.
In general, the Tree of Knowledge is a way to help potential magicians help themselves in the present from the future. At the same time, helping other people to become magicians you solve the problem, so that in the future you will be hindered. If you are the reason for their creation, then they will not be able to remove this reason from history. Also, the more people are involved in the project, the less financial effort you will have to make in the future.
If we compare the Paradigm with a computer, then the Tree of Knowledge is the operating system that is loaded into this computer. The grimoires that magicians create are applications.
Usually, when we discuss something interesting, we can always only guess. Using magic, we can directly participate in this.

Note about myself: So far I have written 12 articles on time travel.
