Next winter they are planning an expedition to one of the most mysterious places in Russia

Russian ufological research station RUFORS announced an upcoming expedition to Yakutia, to the valley of death, Elyuya Cherkechekh.

There are strange and terrible rumors about this place. Someone claims that the entrance to the hellish dungeons is hidden there, someone speaks of the numerous fragments of flying saucers hidden in the permafrost. And the name speaks for itself - "Elyuyu Cherkechekh" translated from Yakut means "Valley of Death". Everyone is welcome.

The expedition promises to be very difficult. There is a lot of preparation ahead - starting from re-equipping your car for specific conditions, including weather conditions, ending with moral self-preparation. They promise that at this time the thermometer in Yakutia may drop to 57 degrees below zero! In addition, you will have to cover a route of about 8.5 thousand km, which is equal to 9 days of continuous driving. And this is only one way! Yes, not everyone can withstand this. But the results are worth it, the organizers promise. To see a mysterious place, try to study it and, possibly, learn something that cannot fit into the framework of ordinary life.

On February 5, 2010, the research group sets out in 2 cars from Moscow and makes its way to Perm, where 2 more cars of researchers join the cortege, as well as members of the expedition in their cars.

The entire motorcade will move along the federal highway towards Yakutsk.

The main route: Moscow - Perm - Mirny - Yakutsk - Vilyuisk - Mirny - Perm - Moscow. During the passage of the route, the expedition will stop in the main cities of regional significance and hold conferences there on the problems of anomalous zones, climatic and structural changes in the earth's crust.
