Frank Ramirez, who is staying on the evening of July 28, 2017, at the Country Hotel in Harlingen, southern Texas, claims room 38 is hosted by a poltergeist.
After a busy day in Harlingen, Frank was going to calmly spend the evening in his room, but after, under the influence of some invisible force, the receiver of a large old telephone, standing on the bedside table under the TV, flew off the device three times, and a towel hanging near the washbasin, fell to the floor, he grabbed his phone and began to shoot a video (see video below).
On the video you can really see the strange events taking place in the room. At the same time, Frank also takes pictures of himself in the mirror, showing that he is alone, and then goes around the whole room with the camera and discovers a clothes hanger thrown to the floor, which had previously been lying on the nightstand near the phone.
After the shooting, the alarmed guest went to the front desk and asked to be accommodated in any other room. But, even settling in a new place, he could not sleep. Before Frank's departure, the hotel management informed him that they would not rent the room until the circumstances were clarified.
After posting a video of his nighttime adventures on Facebook the next morning, Frank received a lot of skeptical comments, in which users of the popular social network accused him of a hoax using a thin fishing line.
But soon, under the video, which has already been viewed by 4.5 million users, a very interesting comment appeared from a woman who said that she also stayed at the same hotel in room number 38, after which she woke up in the morning with scratches on her face.
“This has not happened to me before at the hotel. I've never experienced anything like this,”wrote Frank under his video and added that he respects every opinion. "Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I'm open to that, but I'm not going to be disrespectful or condescending to talk to people just because they don't believe the video is real."
