Cemeteries are usually located in the so-called "bad" places - pathogenic zones. The dead are fine there, but they cannot live in these zones. And if you build a house in such a place? At best, people will suffer from poor health, conflicts will arise, and at worst, a poltergeist and other mysterious phenomena will appear, authoritative parapsychologists say.

One such "burial" residential area is located in the north-east of the capital, in the Pechatniki district, Guryanov Street became infamous as a result of the terrorist attack that took place on the night of September 8-9, 1999. The explosion destroyed the 4th and 5th entrances of house no. 19 and caused severe damage to the neighboring house no. 17. (they say both were built on the site of an old cemetery).

Glass flew out in the windows of nearby houses. 109 people were killed, including the elderly and children. A year later, a memorial cross was erected, and in September 2003 a chapel was opened in memory of the innocent victims. Currently, four new high-rise residential buildings have been built on the site of the blown-up houses.

Soon after the settlement, the buildings were covered with cracks, although there seemed to be no prerequisites for this. The walls were reinforced and plastered. But since then, the devilry began in the apartments. Someone invisible smashed dishes, dropped things, strange creaks, rustles and groans were heard at night.

And nowadays residents sometimes hear children's crying and scratching on stones coming from somewhere below … They say that these are White Shadows - people who remained buried under the rubble - cannot find peace for themselves in any way …

For a long time, neither doctors nor scientists could explain why residents of houses on Partizansky Avenue in Murmansk were sick with seasonal diseases three times more often than other townspeople (among them, every three out of four people got flu and acute respiratory infections, while on average in the city - one of four). But recently a terrible secret has been revealed! In one of the three-room apartments, located in the basement of the building, lived a family, all of whose members - husband, wife and two daughters - constantly complained of poor health. My wife was even in the hospital every now and then - she had liver pain, asthma …

The head of the family decided to redecorate the floors, as, in his opinion, there was high humidity in the apartment. And what? Human skulls and bones have been found under the floor! The owners called the police. And then it turned out that there was an old Pokrovskoye cemetery under Partizansky Avenue. Burials on it stopped at the beginning of the last century. In the 50s, the abandoned cemetery was destroyed, and in the 70s, a construction project began here. According to Soviet norms, it was allowed to build residential areas on the site of old burials. The remains of the dead, which the workers came across, were simply taken to a remote place and burned there. But a lot is still left in the ground …

It is not surprising that the residents of houses built on bones began to have health problems - after all, powerful pathogenic radiation always emanates from the graves … Several years ago in the city of Rubtsovsk, Altai Territory, an apartment-type House of Disabled People was opened - a five-story brick building with an improved layout, with spacious rooms and lifts … The authorities, who decided to take care of sick people, did not take into account only one thing - the house was built on the site of a former cemetery …

Promotional video:

Once the local janitor Vladimir Yevtushenko began to dig the ground in the yard - he wanted to dig a cellar. And he came across a human skull … Since then, they say that the deceased are taking revenge for the fact that the living disturbed their last shelter.

And these are not empty rumors: in a short period of time, 9 people died in the house. Most of them did not die by themselves. So, the son of one of the disabled residents locked his father in the apartment. He beat him, did not give food … In the end, the man died, unable to bear the abuse … The 35-year-old man was found dead in the garage, in his own car. The examination showed that the tenant suffocated from the exhaust gases. Meanwhile, the engine was turned off … Another tenant threw himself out of the window and died 4 days later in intensive care … One of the women died in the hospital after a serious injury …

The residents are practically used to the local wonders. Either cats rush at someone invisible in front of people, or strange sounds come from the entrances … At night, the elevator cabs themselves go up and down, slam doors … Something incomprehensible is happening with the equipment in the apartments. For example, the equipment turns on by itself.

Once Svetlana, the mother of several children, was awakened at night by music: the music center turned on … I had to pull the plug out of the socket. The well-known researcher of anomalous phenomena, associate professor of the Department of Information Technologies of Altai State Technical University, head of the Altai Regional UFO Association Eleonora Chuklina believes that deaths and poltergeist phenomena in the house are associated with the presence of underground burials.
