Locals claim that an unknown and vicious beast, which was dubbed after the mythical Mexican "goat vampire", which has frightened Latin America for 40 years, - the chupacabra, has been brought up on their sites. This name literally means "sucking goats".

The Ufa legend about an evil vampire grew out of the blue - gardeners not only cannot describe the appearance of a ghoul, but have never seen this beast. We decided to find out who is tormenting hares and cats in the garden village “Sosenki.” “Sosenki” do not go beyond the city limits, although they are located across the Ufimka river. According to the observations of gardeners, last summer the number of decaying corpses of cats scattered along the roads increased markedly on the territory of the partnership. Cats could have been poisoned en masse by the corpses of mice that died after the processing of forests by sanitary and epidemiological supervision. But this year, summer residents, frightened by last year's cat pestilence, decided not to carry pets into nature. The wolverine and the hyena are suitable for the role of “chupacabra” in size and diet, but these animals do not live in our latitudes. - We have no animal hybrids, - says the Deputy Chairman of the Association of Hunters and Fishermen of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Edrenkin. - A dog and a fox can bite a cat and a hare. Some breeds of burrowing dogs - fox terriers, dachshunds, yakterriers, flap, but do not eat. People could also kill a pet: a cat dug up a garden bed, relieving herself on a neighboring plot, a vandal caught and took revenge on her. Gardeners are sure that a beast that attacks pets is not only cruel, but also smart - not a single forest predator is trained to cope with locks, and the chupacabra can open the latches. In addition, both the wolf and the fox would definitely feast on meat,and for some reason they leave the carcasses intact. The second strange fact was the appearance on the territory of the gardens of an unknown rodent digging holes and stealing crops from gardeners. Moreover, the holes are similar to the wells drilled by the mechanism and there is no earth around such a hole. Strangers settle mainly in garden plots located near the forest. “Many complainants come to my appointment, claiming that holes appeared on their plots that were not at all like mole ones - about 15-20 centimeters in diameter,” says the chairman of the board of Sosenok Valentina Zhukova. - In addition, many summer residents say that someone eats up root crops and flower bulbs in their gardens, but gardeners can describe this animal, previously unknown to local residents. If we add to the bred hares and mice the "earthen dogs" that have come from nowhere, it becomes clear why the number of predators of wolves and foxes has been growing in recent years - because of the abundance of food.
