“I saw a bright light, and then I ended up in a white room wearing a suit. Next to me was my favorite performer, rapper Kid Cudi (still a living person, not a deceased - admin's note). There was a mirror in front of me and in it I saw the best events of my life, of which I am proud. And at that moment I experienced an unprecedented feeling, I was incredibly good."
After Ben's death, rapper Kid Cudi posted on his blog: “It was so sad. When I watched his video, my heart burned. I was amazed. I want to tell Ben's family that your boyfriend is a real hero to me and I will always remember him."
“I could not tear myself away from this bright light when at the age of 4 I was in clinical death,” continues Ben, “I could not help smiling, since no worries were weighing on me anymore. Nothing else in the world mattered."
During his lifetime, Ben started an account on YouTube and posted two videos where he, with the help of leaflets with captions, talked about his worsening heart problems. He expressed regret that due to his illness he could not play sports like other children, although he really wanted to.
