A strange incident happened to a 32-year-old man named Alexander. A former promising student of a jewelry technical school, author of wonderful course projects, Sasha, while still a student, found a way to get precious metal, the delivery of which to students was strictly controlled. He also had an accomplice in this matter.
After one of the transactions with gold, the friends did not share the income and quarreled a lot. As a result of the quarrel and the ensuing fight, Sasha got a bottle on the head from his assistant. It was from this blow that the young man's misfortunes began.
Of course, Alexander was kicked out of the school. He began to earn a living for himself by stealing non-ferrous metals, which he loved so much while still studying at a technical school. But this was not the only misfortune that fell on Alexander.
One day the following happened to him. Once returning home in a commuter train, Sasha found himself in the same carriage with two men who were sitting not far from each other, although, as it seemed to Alexander, they did not know each other. Absorbed in thoughts about his future life, Sasha did not pay any attention to them, he looked out the window.
Suddenly, accidentally glancing at the silent neighbors, the young man simply froze in surprise. Both men suddenly split in two right before his eyes. Moreover, the real companions continued to sit quietly, and the appeared doubles began to argue and swear heatedly.
Also suddenly, a third person appeared in the air. It was evident that he was very happy about the heated dispute. A few minutes later, the "glitches" disappeared, but, getting off the train, Sasha noticed how one of the men glared at the other.
Until that day, the young man, who had never believed in supernatural forces and was not fond of either the occult sciences or religious books, was an atheist. Now he could see with his own eyes the demons how they commit their evil deeds. More precisely, not they, but people who become dependent on them. Sasha became one of them.

"They" began to appear to him quite often. The young man is already used to communicating with them. Only it did not give him any pleasure, but on the contrary, it became a burden. Psychiatrists, to whom Sasha repeatedly turned for help, could not help him in any way, while his condition worsened every day.
The more frequent visions were complicated by seizures. The demons acquired complete power over Alexander: they began to order him, threaten, forbid, demand. In short, the life of a young man has become simply unbearable.
Now the people who met him experienced not only a feeling of pity, but also an eerie, indescribable fear. A completely healthy person in psychological terms, quite reasonable - and at the same time, absolutely devoid of his own will, possessed by the forces of evil.
Church workers say that more and more people are suffering from this obsession. According to the Holy Scriptures, this happened in the world only once - on the eve of the first coming. Adherents of various religions (Catholics, Muslims, Orthodox Christians) see one way out here - through the church, a special spiritual healing called a lecture.
It is believed that atheists most often become victims of devilish addiction. But Alexander does not want to be baptized, he is afraid that after that “they” will completely destroy him from the light.
It is not known how the frightening story of Alexander ended. It was published in 2002 in the book "Secrets of Mysterious Creatures" and has not been seen anywhere since then.
