In the north of Belfast, there is the former HM Prison Crumlin Road, built here in the Victorian era. It is the oldest prison building in Northern Ireland and one of the oldest in the United Kingdom. Several hundred dangerous criminals have been executed here since 1845, so it is believed that the large structure, which today serves as a popular tourist attraction, is inhabited by numerous ghosts.

The video below was taken the other day by a British ghost hunter who went to a former correctional facility in order to capture some phantom on a mobile phone camera. I must say that the man really did it. At the tenth second of the video, a pale human silhouette can be clearly seen passing across a long dark corridor. In this case, the ghost is accompanied by an incomprehensible luminous ball, which continues to float in the air even when the phantom disappears from the frame.

The anonymous author of the recording claims that he was very frightened by the appearance of a guest from the other world. The paranormal researcher says: “This is a very unkind place, where many murderers were executed in due time. If you hold your breath, you can still hear their quiet moans and distant screams here. Someone says that it's just the wind howling in the cracks, but any of these skeptics, once in this prison, admits that it is very creepy and strange, inexplicable things are constantly happening here. When I saw this translucent figure, I was really scared. It seems to me that this is the evil spirit of some murderer executed here. First, who knows how he relates to living people? And secondly, the fear generated within the walls of this terrible building is unconscious - it is almost impossible to control it …"

Interestingly, the author of the video was accompanied by three comrades during the tour of HM Prison Crumlin Road. They did not see anything unusual that day, but they heard in the darkness of the prison corridors someone's slow steps and muffled exclamations. It turns out that at this time not one ghost materialized here, but several.
