An Ohio resident found a giant and inexplicable footprint in her backyard, which she claims was made by Bigfoot.

One of the residents of Ashtabula district, who wished to remain anonymous, and who introduced herself only as Wendy, found a footprint 17 centimeters wide in her own yard. The woman explained her unwillingness to give her full name by a large number of skeptical and aggressive critics, who are sure that Bigfoot does not exist.

“I photographed the trail to show it to my mother's husband, who often goes hunting. He said that he did not know an animal that could leave this imprint, and of course it does not belong to humans,”she said in an interview. “I don’t presume to claim that this trail belongs to Bigfoot, but I would like to know what kind of creature left him,” added Wendy.

And although it is impossible to determine the exact length of the print, the woman claims that it is larger than any of those that she and her husband have seen before. The perplexed American showed photographs of the trail to several local hunters who often encounter bears.

“We have deer and partridges, and there are even rare black bears,” she says. - But the hunters to whom I showed the photo came to the conclusion that it was not a bear. The toes are definitely imprinted on the ground, not the claws."

The fingerprint was the latest in a series of Wendy's encounters with the unknown. About five years ago, her husband, who went out to walk the dog before bed, heard a terrifying and eerie howl.

“The roar gave him goosebumps,” the woman says. "Whoever it was, he was big, very big."

A few years later, Wendy herself was expecting a similar meeting, and also while walking her pet at a later time.

“Suddenly my dog stopped and I heard a strange sound, like a truck was driving down the street,” Wendy recalls. According to her, it was a loud growl, which came not from the street, but from the backyard of her house.

Last year, the woman again witnessed a very strange incident. Returning home from the supermarket, at the railway crossing, she caught a glimpse of a large, dark figure, which very quickly overcame the path and disappeared into the forest.

This kind of contact is not uncommon in Ohio. Since 1970, the state has received at least 200 reports from people seeing Bigfoot, according to members of the Bigfoot field research group.
