Residents of Gantsevich are concerned about the massive devastation of chicken coops and are trying to find out from whose "teeth" the birds die.
Rumors about the appearance of the Chupacabra were generated by a wave of incidents associated with the death of chickens in Gantsevichi. People find the bird strangled and dozens are already counting, local media reported.
One of the first cases was recorded in mid-March. Nine chickens were strangled in a city woman living on Gritsevets street. And on April 2, a resident of the Meliorativny Lane was injured - eight birds died in the chicken coop. After that, on April 6, a woman turned to the police, who also had chickens strangled, and some of them disappeared altogether. The incident took place on Kommunisticheskaya Street. A little more than a week passed, and nine more dead chickens were found in an outbuilding on Chapaev Street, a similar case occurred on the same street on April 24.
In May, strangled birds were found in the village of Elno. A resident of Lyubashevo was also injured, whose chickens died on May 9. All cases may not be related. After all, the damage could have been caused by dogs and wild animals.
“But it is worth noting that they are all recorded in parts of the city and in villages that are nearby,” the regional newspaper Saveckae Palesse noted.
The publication recalled a case of real devastation that swept through the Vepr cooperative on the night of May 10-11. 176 heads of poultry were strangled there. And this is only information about those victims who turned to the police. Citizens who grow domestic animals in the array of sheds near the panel house building plant suffered significant losses.
The deaths of chickens that were recorded in the Gantsev region, most likely, cannot be related to what happened in the Vepr cooperative. The culprits of the ruin of the chicken coops are being established. Fans of sensations have already suggested that the Chupacabra is operating in the regional center.
