Augmented reality systems will be able to ensure the flow of a large amount of previously inaccessible information, and the experience, education, skills and abilities of people will radically increase.
The proliferation of cyborgs is likely to be in the distant future, but the technological foundation for these changes will be laid by 2030.
This prediction is contained in the next forecast of the US National Intelligence Council, which describes long-term strategic trends for the next two decades. American intelligence analysts publish such a forecast every 4-5 years.
In a new report on global trends until 2030 (Global Trends 2030), a separate chapter is devoted to the development of medical technologies, described as "the cyborgized future of humanity."

Analysts at the US National Intelligence Council believe the human-machine connection will go much further by 2030. For example, people will be able to modify their bodies as easily as cosmetic surgery is done today.
