Don't go far, look at Indonesia. How many news have I posted recently about the danger of the eruption of the Krakatoa volcano - a lot. Didn't the authorities know that the imminent eruption of such a volcano is fraught with great trouble? They probably knew. But they also need to keep positive to attract tourists.
