A two-legged pig that can walk on two front legs has become a national treasure in China
The 10-month-old pig, known throughout China as Zu Yankian (Strong-willed pig), was born disabled, without hind limbs. The animal soon learned to balance on its two front legs.
Weng Xihai, a farmer who raised the unusual pig, said Zu was one of nine piglets born in January.
“My wife asked to kill her, but I refused, because it’s still a living creature,” said the farmer. - I decided to give her a chance to survive, and she survived, and moreover, she feels quite well.
A few days after the birth of the pig, Weng Xihai began teaching the two-legged pig to walk on its existing limbs, lifting its tail up.
-I trained her every day, and after a month she learned to walk upside down quite well.

“Whatever life is, it must go on,” the farmer shared his thoughts. - I will never sell Zu, no matter how much money they offer me for it.
