This mysterious story happened to me in 2010, when I got a job as a realtor in one small office. At that time, the real estate market began to "revive" after the crisis. The firm offered a small but stable salary, but a good percentage of every successful deal.
Having joined the new team, I realized that the main income for the firm was brought by “black” deals. The owner made a fortune by participating in raider takeovers and performing real estate fraud. It is clear that the chief had serious connections in the power structures. The firm was engaged in the fact that the apartments were deprived of drug addicts, drunks and other personalities, which any neighbor would gladly get rid of. By deception and persuasion, and if necessary, intimidation, the unfortunate were offered to exchange an apartment in the city for a rickety hut in Muhosransk. Nevertheless, after the deal the maximum that the drunk would get was a penny for a couple of bottles of cheap liquor. I don't know how all the documents were drawn up legally, but there was no point in complaining to the victim to the law enforcement agencies.

And finally, I was offered to do a "dark" business. In the very center of the city, on the first floor in a spacious apartment, there lived a drunken drunk, whom I had to send to the street. In a word, this man was so depressed that at times he relieved himself right at the entrance. The tenants of the house have long dreamed that this type would move to another place. Having studied all the recommendations of my superiors and colleagues, I easily and quickly solved this problem, having received a substantial amount of money for my efforts.
There was a serious buyer for the drunkard's apartment who offered very good money. However, he was interested in buying two apartments: a former alcoholic's apartment and a neighbor's. It seems that the moneybag wanted to make either a store or an office out of the first floor. The task was entrusted to me. The drunk's neighbor was a young lonely gypsy woman with a small child. It seems that the gypsies are sociable and noisy people, but this apartment was always quiet, there was nothing to complain about, the neighbors did not complain about the young woman.
I turned down this deal. It is one thing to throw drunks out into the street, and quite another to be a single mother. After that, of course, I was fired, and I again began to work for myself. Although the earnings are lower, I myself decide which deals to agree to and which not. Moreover, everything is without crime.
After about a year and a half, I met my former colleague Masha on the street. Then they managed to throw the gypsy with the child out into the street. After that, the girl's mother came to the office with curses, who was forcibly sent across the threshold. A few weeks later, riot police came to the firm. The boss and all realtors received long sentences. Only Masha and secretary Ira got off with a condition. And that's not all, the boss's son died in a car accident, and Masha's little child died from an unknown illness.
Gypsy revenge is a terrible thing, but my former colleagues - cynics - did not take it seriously. Perhaps all these events are a coincidence, and not at all the consequences of revenge. However, one thing is for sure - evil is returning.
