Criminal liability for magical services, according to some people's deputies of the State Duma, is a long overdue necessity for Russia. For this purpose, a draft law is being prepared, according to which all magicians, healers, fortune-tellers, psychics and other sorcerers who take money for their services will be equated with swindlers.
As journalist Zhanna Karpenko found out, thousands of people in Russia suffer annually from such fraudulent actions, millions of hard-earned money are lost, while crooks profit from the misfortune of the unfortunate who believed that with the help of some rituals (mainly to clear karma) avoid illness, misfortune and other troubles in life.
For example, pensioner Lyudmila Ryzhenkova (watch the video) spent all her savings (almost two million rubles) on this, but magical actions did not bring either happiness, health or well-being to her house, but completely ruined the woman in her old age, and besides the pensioner has lost all faith in the decency of people.

As the clergy say, in Russia since ancient times, people turned to healers and herbalists for help, especially when the body was weak (when the soul was weak, people went to church). However, a truly God-chosen healer never took money for his services, and he healed with the word of God, and not with some kind of cleansing of karma and other demonic rituals. Therefore, the desire of the Russian authorities to protect people from sorcerers-swindlers is a godly deed.
