According to generally accepted ideas, man is the crown of creation and has no rivals in terms of consciousness and intellect. However, at all times, this paradigm was opposed to the statement based on the everyday experience of mankind that people may be assigned a secondary role, they are just a part of an unknown whole, which they are not allowed to know about. Gradually, this little bit of knowledge about the existence of a different, but related race with phenomenal intelligence and paranormal abilities was reduced to the level of myth. But, as you know, there is nothing more truthful than myths.

In September 1235, the Japanese general Yoritsume, after a long march, ordered his army to camp for rest. With the onset of darkness, strange lights appeared in the sky, like drops. They flew in circles over the camp, terrifying the soldiers. The general gathered his advisers, ordered them to understand what was happening and give an answer how dangerous these fires are and what their nature is. Soon, the advisers again appeared before the general and reported that they were observing a common phenomenon: "It is only the wind that drives the stars."

Ancient philosophers considered the mysterious creatures that flew across the sky in their sparkling ships and sometimes descended to earth as demons, an ethereal race reigning over mortal people. Plutarch and Paracelsus created a theory revealing the nature of these creatures, based on the observations and experience of communication of people of many generations with representatives of other worlds. The chronicles of Emperor Charlemagne speak of sylphs - a variety of non-human beings who sometimes abducted the inhabitants of the Earth. They showed people wonderful dwellings, talked about the order in their states, hidden from the eyes of mortals, and then returned the abducted, dropping them from heavenly chariots in secluded corners on the condition that they tell everyone about this journey. But many people still continued to believe that the Sylphs and the like were insidious, unpredictable and vicious creatures. Paracelsus in his writings warned that communication with them is dangerous, because nature has endowed them with magical abilities, and the sophisticated mind of these creatures suppresses and subdues any mortal.

The American ethnographer Evans-Wentz, who wrote a dissertation on the traditions of the Celts in Britain in 1909, notes that in 1846-1847. people often met with supernatural beings - gentry, who considered themselves an elite part of a non-human race that appeared on Earth long before humans. Their abode was the mountains and the sea. The Gentries argued that their race was different not only from humans, but also from human spirits and that they could destroy half of the human race, but they would not do this, as they were waiting for big changes that would decide the fate of the human race. “We take young and smart people, change their bodies and make them similar to ours, give them a part of our essence, after which their life, by human standards, would seem like an eternity”.

Priests and scientists in their time dedicated many books to these creatures. They do not contain evidence of a religious nature, they have something more convincing: a detailed and documented description of the onbkemh of strange aliens. The most authoritative researcher of the second half of the 17th century, Doctor of Theology Robert Kirk, created a treatise "The Secret State", in which he characterized the varieties of creatures of the non-human race: “These intelligent creatures are created from matter unknown to us, which allows them to change their appearance at their own discretion … Once they inhabited the entire globe, in those days forests and huge animals dominated the Earth. Even then, their civilization far exceeded all conceivable capabilities of the human race. They did not become at enmity with people and went into the depths of the seas and mountains, but pride makes them remind people of themselves,so that they know whose mind rules over mortals in this corner of the divine world. They have a hierarchy of leaders, but there is no visible dedication to God, religion. Their philosophy is based on the following ideas: nothing dies, all things act cyclically in such a way that in each cycle they are updated and improved. Movement is a universal law”.

Kirk concludes that people of every century are faced with the same mystery that takes into account the peculiarities of the next century. In the end, these creatures will offer people a seeming world where their will will dominate, or the destruction of half of our, the lowest, as they believe, race. Mysterious aliens claim that man is created mainly from rough, bone matter, while they are able to make their bodies as light as air, hard as metal, and at the same time penetrate through rough matter, invading people's homes, or be invisible.
