Two Ural organizations of ufologists disagreed over a summer photograph from Nizhniy Tagil, which contains something that looks like a "flying saucer". Earlier, the "Ural Expert Commission on Anomalous Phenomena" concluded that the picture shows a genuine UFO. And yesterday the specialists of the Monitoring Station of the Ural Anomalistics "URAN" said that it was not without "photoshop"

According to the ISUA URAN website, the controversial picture was taken by a 35-year-old resident of Nizhny Tagil Artem, since June 2008 he began to talk about his sighting of a UFO in the sky, as well as publicly demonstrate a photograph of a mysterious object.

The stated plot is briefly as follows. One summer evening, he went to the balcony of his apartment, which is located on the 9th floor of the house, and filmed the "flying saucer" using a mobile phone. She allegedly hovered over or near Fox Mountain. According to an eyewitness, before disappearing, the "plate" tilted to the right and went up sharply, hiding in the clouds. And before that, she motionlessly "hung" over the houses for at least 1.5 minutes.

The Ural Expert Commission on Anomalous Phenomena, which was formed a year ago from people interested in UFOs and anomalous phenomena, undertook to investigate this incident. The enthusiasts listened to the story of Artyom and decided to explore his photograph with the image of the "plate". They soon became inclined to believe that this is a real UFO. Artyom liked this attitude and he well received the "experts" in Tagil, who came to his meeting. As a result, the enthusiasts became even more convinced of the authenticity of the anomalous case and, accordingly, in their belief in the reality of the "plate" in the picture. They also tried to promote themselves in the media with their comments, the validity of which is being questioned by Ural ufologists.

When the UFO image came to the disposal of the Ural Anomalistics Monitoring Station "URAN", it underwent a thorough independent examination for possible forgery. Moreover, a competent study of photography was carried out not only by us - the participants of the Station from Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Tagil, but also by other researchers-ufologists from the cities of Chelyabinsk and St. Petersburg. Also, the picture was analyzed by specialists in the field of design, photo and video editing. As a result, opinions were formulated, on the basis of which a general conclusion can be drawn. It lies in the computer-graphic origin of the "flying saucer".

That is, it was made using a special graphics program such as Photoshop, or even a symbiosis of several programs. A UFO in our case is just a separate picture, "drawn" into the photograph and processed in accordance with the panorama background.
