Without a doubt, radiation can cause genetic mutations, but for example, the same rabbit without ears was found in 2008 in the UK (he was immediately nicknamed Van Gogh) and radiation in that case was completely irrelevant. It's all about a rare genetic defect that can manifest itself at any time or even in that. that the mother rabbit bit off the ears of the newborn rabbit, which was also sometimes noticed.
