Fazian Eyemik, a 50-year-old Thai resident, cannot eat or see due to a giant tumor that has formed on his face as a result of sinusitis (inflammation of the lining of the sinuses). The man's family is raising money for the operation. Its cost is about two thousand dollars, according to the Mirror.
Due to a cancerous tumor on his face with a diameter of 10 centimeters, Eyemik is forced to feed with a tube. In addition, the man constantly takes morphine because of the severe pain that an eerie-looking education brings him.
The state is unable to pay the man for the operation. His wife was forced to quit her job to look after her husband.
“When Fazian was healthy, he spent all his energy looking after our family. Now it's my turn to take on this responsibility,”said the patient's wife Malay. According to the woman, their daughter is going to leave school and get a job in order to help her parents with money.
Eyamick's family hopes that media coverage will draw attention to their issue.
