On Thursday, October 27, 2011, members of the Belarusian Ufological Committee received a message from the village of Ovsyaniki, Vileika district, about the observation of a “flying man” there
There were at least four eyewitnesses - Verina Lyudmila Trifonova, her daughter Angela, and Natalya Avdeeva with her husband. In the original version, this story looked like this: Angela Verina, together with a neighbor from the house opposite, came running with the message that a "man" had descended from the sky without any aeronautics. At first, the women watched, but then it became scary (maybe it's some kind of angel or a devil), and hid from obsession in the house from where they called their relatives. One such conversation was accidentally heard by Sergei Balandin from Minsk, and he passed the information received to the newspaper.
On October 30, just 3 days after this message, we managed to get to the place and interview residents of the village of Ovsyaniki, as well as the adjacent village of Olkovichi. It is not known who or what we could have encountered: with a parachutist who had strayed from the group, a meteorological balloon (we have already told how the long-drifting Mir-2 balloon that landed in the Mogilev region was mistaken for a UFO), with a lover to tickle his nerves flying off on a jetpack, or visitors from other worlds … It should be added that this is already the second such case this year and the third known to us in Belarus.
It turned out that it was still a little premature to talk about a person, rather it was possible to contemplate a certain blurred outline in height a little less than the height of a person. It was around 19.00. The black silhouette sat slowly over the field, from about twenty minutes to half an hour; what happened to him upon landing is unknown, they were afraid to approach. First, Natalya Avdeeva's husband climbed onto a tractor and watched this slow-motion theatrical performance, after which horror came, and people hid in the house. There is nothing to catch a parachute or even a garbage bag over the field - the mobile tower is at a distance, the power line also passes to the side.
What was so slow and careful in choosing a landing site that evening? If we also abandon the version of the Estonian sabotage group, then there are practically no logical assumptions left. The only abandoned airfield in the region, favored by hang gliders, is located about 80 km from here, in the Lyuban region. According to representatives of law enforcement agencies from the village of Steshitsy, soon military exercises are being prepared in this area, but it is unlikely that they decided to start them in advance with testing very slowly landing vehicles or parachutes of a new configuration, although, of course, such a version cannot be completely written off.
We examined the field behind the house, but we could not find any traces of the landing of a foreign object, including with the help of instruments. If there was an aircraft here, then without waiting for our arrival, it was probably already handed over for scrap. Contrary to all the textbook "contacts of the third kind", there were no alien traces on the field, except perhaps the most common "earthly" ones left by cows.
To write off for the drawing? The family, who first noticed the object over the field at the local police station, was described as respectable, not drinking and hardly capable of such jokes. And, according to Sergei Balandin, who unwittingly witnessed the conversation of women-eyewitnesses with relatives from Minsk, there was genuine horror in the voice of the correspondents. Since Sergey, by the nature of his profession, has to work with actors, he claims that he would have felt pretentious, but in this case there was only genuine horror …

So, about the two cases mentioned earlier. On July 28, 2011, at dawn, two VOKhR shooters observed in the Vitebsk region near the Borovka military unit flying over the edge of the forest a creature similar to a man with shortened limbs in a pink overalls, up to two meters tall. The flight is slow over the forest along the line of the cut-down prohibited strip at the approaches to the post, and a sharp turn with an increase in speed when approaching about 70 meters. Before the intercession they underwent a medical examination. Sober.
The descriptions are exactly the same. The shooters reported their observation in Ufokom. In terms of details, the silhouette resembled a stuffed animal pumped up with helium, but this "scarecrow" moved chaotically, turning and accelerating the flight clearly not obeying the logic of the winds blowing here, although they could be multidirectional at these heights. The territory of the unit is closed to outsiders, so that even a valid version of a special air suit (Air Suit) needs to be thoroughly checked. This suit allows, as it were, to glide through the air, like a flying squirrel, but it is hardly possible to accelerate significantly in it.
The last known case of observation of flying people to date dates back to 1937. It also happened in the Vitebsk region near the Uloy River in the Chashnitsa region. Lyudmila Fedosovna saw a strange creature resembling a man who descended from the sky without a parachute. The descent ended 1.5-2 meters from the witness, and she saw a humanoid creature of 110-130 cm in height, athletic build, with broad shoulders and a disproportionately large head. On the feet of the "athlete" were boots of dark color, widening from the knees and resembling wide trousers. The "parachutist" was dressed in tight-fitting dark clothes, and his head was crowned with a helmet like a helmet of a Russian soldier. In front of something like glasses or a pick. But the awkward appearance of this man is still half the trouble, then he opened his "visor", smiled, stroked the grass,after which he waved with both hands and completely silently soared into the sky with great speed. At an altitude of about 50-100 meters, it shrank to the size of a ball and disappeared.
However, the observation of a man over the field turned out to be far from the last oddity of this place. It turned out that about 5-6 years ago, rumors about something similar were circulating in the village. It was also possible to obtain information that over the nearest forests in the last year, glowing balls have become active, which shimmer in yellow, then green, then red. Although in the latter case, the villagers can be divided into two opposite camps. Some say that "everyone knows" about the appearance of balls and sees them quite often, the other half have never even heard of anything like that.
On the other hand, it is very difficult to surprise an experienced Belarusian ufologist with stories about balls from the Vileika district - at one time the number of reports about them from this region was off the charts. Even "two-meter figures" were observed glowing with bright red light. Then, at some time, messages from here practically ceased to come - either the anomalous zone died out, or the newspapers simply lost interest in such events. But most likely, the “invisible UFOs” identified by ufologists have simply disappeared, which in fact are a marriage during photography - dust, water droplets and snowflakes caught in the lens. The remaining messages did not get out of the "normal distribution" of anomalies in cities and towns of any country in the world on the map.
We also found witnesses of the appearance of a huge fireball not far from the village of Ovsyaniki, but this evidence is dated around 1989 (judging by the publications in the newspaper "Zvyazda"). It was late autumn with snow. Two witnesses watched as an orange ball flew from the direction of the village of Steshitsy to the village of Dubrovka, illuminating everything around, making the snow a reddish hue. The "ball on Dubrovka" disappeared just as suddenly as it had appeared, but before disappearing, it managed to frighten several residents of the village of Steshitsy: some of them hid in the cowshed, others fled into the house.
And this flying creature was filmed in Kentucky in 2003.
Is the observation of a silhouette over the field connected with the appearance of luminous balls in a given area? While it is difficult to draw parallels, it can be noted that the beginning of the nineties and 2011 were not easy for our country. At present, various versions of the events that have occurred are still being considered, data on the neotectonics of this region, changes in the topology of space due to the construction of the Vileika-Minsk water system canal are used, even the apparatus of the so-called ley lines that we identified in the Vileika region is involved. We continue to monitor the situation and are ready to leave for this area again to promptly check the messages received.
