American Joseph P. Skipper became widely known thanks to his Internet project marsanomalyresearch.com (MAR), in which he collects various anomalous information. It all started with the fact that the American began to study the images of Mars, in which he found all sorts of oddities - from incomprehensible structures to objects resembling the remains of humanoids
Then his search for the "inexplicable" expanded to the study of the Moon and, finally, the Earth. As for the home planet, since the end of last year Skipper began to carefully study Antarctica, finding there, among other things, a huge cave, many bodies of water and traces of possible UFOs.
In his research, Mr. Skipper is guided by real data from satellites and asks quite logical questions. True, his conclusions are quite fantastic. “MK” got in touch with the American. Unfortunately, Skipper recently suffered a serious life tragedy: first, his mother died of cancer, and after a while his wife died. "I saw a lot of strange things"
When did you become interested in anomalous phenomena?

“I grew up during the era of President Kennedy, when space exploration and the launch of Apollo missions to the moon were of particular importance. Probably, then for me everything began that continues to this day. I distribute important information that they do not want to publish, shoving us instead only what is "permissible." What little is available is reported by "trustworthy" scientists and the media. Therefore, an alternative was needed.
In 2000, there was active resistance to the widespread dissemination of primary information received from MGS (Mars Global Surveyor), NASA's unmanned research mission for the study of Mars (one of the most successful projects for the study of Mars, the launch of the space station took place in November 1996, November 2, 2006 communication with MGS was interrupted.-). For example, the contractor company responsible for part of the MGS photographic equipment apparently delayed the release of the obtained data. And this despite the fact that all these studies were paid by taxpayers and, therefore, are public property.
Some people, including myself, took this as a desire to hide information from the pesky eyes of the public. It seemed to me that this attempt at censorship was a blatant injustice, so I volunteered to join the struggle for the availability of this information.
The efforts were not in vain - and all the data were made public as a result. While studying the material I received, I saw many incomprehensible things, about the presence of which no one said anything. I have unwittingly taken responsibility for keeping track of these oddities and drawing people's attention to this issue by generating detailed reports. I thought that in the end I would pass this "baton" to someone else. But until no one has replaced me, I continue to act, because the missing information is something that people should be aware of.

What is your occupation?
- After college, I worked for over 30 years as an insurance investigator and professionally dealt with claims for insurance benefits. And in the late 1970s he created his own company in the Florida Keys archipelago. In the course of my work, I have developed the skills to thoroughly investigate each insured event and prepare the corresponding final reports on the conducted research. It was then that I learned to follow objective evidence.
At the beginning, your project concerned only the study of photographic material from Mars. When did the sphere of your research touched our planet?
- Good question. The answer to it is partly contained in what was said earlier. Many questions were raised by the suspicious behavior of structures, which had information from the Mars Orbiting Camera (MOC) as part of the MGS mission. At some point, for me, it all went beyond haphazard participation. As the saying goes, there is no smoke without fire.
After several years of research, especially the things from which they tried to divert attention, something became clear to me. They are probably trying to hide from us the presence of intelligent extraterrestrial life, possessing higher technologies and present in our habitat. The evidence for this was very compelling. I am guided by facts, and not by any preconceived opinions and considerations.
So I decided to study the existing data on the Moon. Especially those that were obtained from the Clementine project (this satellite was launched on January 25, 1994, its mission to study the moon lasted 115 days. - MK). I was able to discover impressive discoveries about a completely obvious falsification of part of the photographs in order to hide the large structures on the moon. All these pictures were removed from the official data of the Clementine project, but I foresaw this, and therefore everything is documented. After I was convinced that the truth about Mars and the Moon was being hidden from us, I decided to take a closer look at our Earth. With the help of Google Earth, it was easy to check whether they are trying to hide something from us on our own planet. I suspect that anomalies cannot be found in densely populated areas of the planet. Therefore, it was logical to look at those places where people do not live, that is, the ocean depths and Antarctica. It seems to me that hidden information can affect the whole world and is of great importance, this is what people should learn the truth about.

Can you single out a few discoveries within your project that surprised you the most?
- For me personally, all this is not surprising. But I can highlight the main, so to speak, milestones.
For example, evidence of liquid water on Mars. In my reports No. 199 (dated March 29, 2011) and No. 200 (dated April 15, 2011), I compare photographs of the Earth and Mars taken from a satellite. From how similar the images of certain parts of the Earth and Mars are, I conclude that Mars has not only lakes with liquid water, but even vegetation. And this does not fit at all with the official scientific data that the atmosphere of Mars is 95% carbon and that if there is water on it, it is only in the form of ice.
Next: traces of civilization on Mars. In report no. 003 (dated August 2000), I provide photographs of giant monuments. One resembles an animal totem. The second, without a doubt, depicts a human head. Moreover, the way the head looks speaks in favor of its artificial origin. In report No. 010 (dated December 6, 2000), I suggest that you familiarize yourself with a photograph taken in the 70s within the framework of the NASA Viking program. On it you can clearly see the boundaries of "blurring" the image. But at the same time, when magnified, you can see something that resembles an industrial structure, as well as a small domed object glowing from the inside.

Let's take report No. 029 (dated 20.10.2001) - in the picture you can see something similar to a barrel, from the nozzle of which a jet of gas or steam comes out. The image also shows a huge formation that could be a building.
And report No. 035 (dated March 25, 2002), in my opinion, is indisputable evidence of the presence of a certain civilization on Mars. The image shows a giant rectangular object dug into the ground and resembles a tunnel.
And, finally, there are traces of a war that once took place on Mars. But I have not published a report on this yet.
Millions are interested in Skipper's work
How can you generally describe the public opinion about your research? Who are more skeptics or sympathizers?
- 4-6 million people visit my website a month. When my mother and wife got sick, I didn’t work on the project for over 8 months. However, the number of visitors did not decrease. This level of attendance was not due to media attention, but due to word of mouth. Of course, most of the visitors are limited to the English-speaking world.
As you might have guessed, I get a lot of emails. And mostly these are letters from people who sympathize with my work. Discussion on forms without my direct participation, perhaps, will create a different impression. But for my part, I can say that I very rarely receive critical reviews. Over the course of a year, conversations with skeptics accumulate so little that I can count them on the fingers of one hand, and I have been doing this project for 11 years.
All the evidence on my website is backed by official scientific evidence, with which you can check it if you wish. In addition, I encourage and facilitate the review process as each report contains relevant links.
Do you cooperate with any research institutes or scientists?
- No. In this area, all scientific and university communities are indirectly or directly employed or funded by NASA, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA research center - MK), etc. They do not need to enter into any third-party agreements. On rare occasions, several independent scientists have helped me. But, like many people in such a circle of "independent", they believe that they have a weak and limited "voice" and that breaking the order and speaking out in the open on such a controversial topic is a risky business. Time will tell. Time will tell how long the mainstream can ignore the evidence? In the meantime, I will continue to post illustrative reasons for changing the existing balance.
You are talking about measures to “blur” and “spoil” photographs of Mars, the Moon and Google Earth. Do you think some software was used?
Yes, dedicated AI (Artificial Intelligence) software for high-speed computers.
Strange identical structures on the surface of Mars
First, there must be a program that recognizes what is acceptable and what is not for each particular shot. Secondly, you need a graphics program that scans and composes the image map. After that, it changes the picture where such a need was identified by the first program. All this happens quickly enough, in a matter of minutes, and requires a minimum of staff.
Do you believe that measures to withhold information are being taken by governments around the world?
- Rather, shadow governments created by a group of individuals and hidden within nation states. Most government agencies, such as those in the United States, have no real knowledge of space. Most of the decisions to investigate it are made by very wealthy people and by some military personnel who are not accountable to anyone in the public government. On the other hand, there are countries where power is concentrated vertically, and in such states since the end of the 60s of the last century, the ruling elite are aware of all conspiratorial "affairs" and play their role in this.
Have you ever been threatened by any special services or power structures?
- No, there were no direct threats. True, my site has been subjected to hacker attacks several times, but I managed to take the necessary measures to protect it in time. In general, there are many things on this issue that I am not going to talk about now.

- Yes, I had to. Once I even forgot everything that happened to me within 12.5 minutes. But this is something I have never talked about or reported before, because the cases are unsubstantiated and cannot be verified scientifically.
Can you tell us something about further plans within your project?
- The goal of my work is to find enough anomalous but verifiable facts that will convince the public of the following three points:
(A) There is more evidence that there is deliberate obfuscation of the topic in mainstream scientific research in order to hide the truth.
(B) The existence of a worldwide network of shadowy oligarchs who carefully filter information about space exploration programs. In pursuing their plans, they control and discredit information that is of utmost importance to the whole world. Having obtained this information with the help of the public, they refuse to share the information received with it. In other words: "We need your financial support, but we do not need your participation and intervention."
© In the need to increase public pressure to compel the relevant structures and individuals to publish and “bring to light” the raw scientific data, not subject to processing. It is this information that contains all the truth, still hidden from us, but which is necessary for humanity to make important decisions in the future.
