71-year-old resident of the Philippines, Edita Dadores, in just 4 years has turned from an ordinary elderly woman into one who, when seen on the street, would be scared not only by small children. It all started with minor pains in the nose, and when Edita went to the hospital, she was diagnosed with sinusitis.

However, the medicine did not help and it soon became clear that the sinusitis had nothing to do with it, a tumor began to grow rapidly from the area of the nose on the woman's face. An elderly Filipino woman underwent surgery in 2015, but the operation only caused an even faster tumor growth. Now, after only four years, the tumor not only disfigured the old woman beyond recognition, but also crushed all the facial parts of her skull into small bones.

Doctors now recommend that a woman go through a series of reconstructive surgeries, but warn that this is associated with great risk.

The woman has six children and 16 grandchildren, now the children are caring for her and say that it is very painful for them to see how no one can help their mother. According to them, the woman now does not experience pain just because she is given medicine. It is very difficult for her to speak, eat and even sleep.

According to doctors, the tumor in this woman's nose is nothing more than an inverted (inverted) papilloma. It is a benign tumor that occurs in the back of the sinus. When it begins to grow rapidly, it can occupy the entire nasal cavity and pass into the eye sockets.

Now Edita Dadores is in a clinic in Palawan and awaits the final conclusion of the doctors about her condition and possible treatment. For her treatment, one of the charitable organizations began collecting money.
