However, it is difficult to imagine the “Martian” pepelats in the shape of a hand or in the shape of a skull, so there must be some other explanation.
We can offer a lot of explanations of what is happening, ranging from the theory of fractals and ending with the shadows of some objects from other dimensions, but the simplest option we see is "BLUE BEAM".
It is usually assumed that systems of this kind will draw some kind of holographic images in the sky per hour, but technically electric fields can manipulate clouds, giving them the desired shape.
