The documentary will be published at the end of March on the website in three versions - Portuguese, English and Spanish.

The question of the shape of our planet has arisen more than once in the history of mankind. Based on a number of natural phenomena that contradict accepted academic theory, Brazilian scientists from Dakila Pesquisas decided to study these inconsistencies. For seven years, large-scale scientific experiments were carried out in various parts of the world with the participation of government organizations and professional researchers from various branches of science. The results of this research will be presented to the general public in the feature film Convex Earth: The Documentary. The film will be previewed for guests on March 26 at 19:30 at the Shopping Eldorado in São Paulo. In three days, the documentary will be published on the website ru.terraconvexa.com.br in three versions - in Portuguese,English and Spanish.

According to the founder of Dakila Pesquisas, Urandir Fernandes de Oliveira, the theory that the earth is round was disproved by seven experiments: a geodesic, which included measurements of two buildings located at a considerable distance from each other; using sea level as a reference point; laser examination, which confirmed the plane of water surfaces; measuring heights on the water surface; analysis of optical distortions associated with the process of light reflection; experiment with boats on the horizon; as well as studies of gravity and celestial bodies.

As part of a geodetic experiment, experts took measurements at the base and on the roof of two buildings, one of which is located in Torris (Rio Grande do Sul state) and the other in Natal (Rio Grande do Norte state). Engineers from the National Institute for Land Settlement and Agricultural Reform (INCRA - Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária) took part in the studies mentioned above. A long-range laser was used to measure the plane of the water surface in the Tres Marias Dam on Lake Patus in the state of Rio Grande do Sul; on Lake Titicaca in Peru; and at sea in the area of Lake Ilhabela in the state of São Paulo and in the Strait of Gibraltar, which separates Europe from Africa. Thus, the theory of gravity was questioned by the results of two basic natural measurements: the plumb line and the spirit level.

All experiments were carried out with the participation of astronomers, cartographers, geologists, surveyors, civil engineers and other professional researchers using the most modern equipment. After the release of the documentary, Dakila Pesquisas will publish information on all the applied methods and technologies so that all interested parties can verify the accuracy and reliability of the research results.

“In addition to studying the question of the shape of the Earth, our film will tell about the discovery of a new continent, hidden behind a huge wall of ice. We will also unveil new knowledge about the Sun, Moon and constellations,”said Urandir Fernandez de Oliveira.

After the screening of the documentary, the book Convex Earth will be published, including all the results of scientific research and a new map of the world.

Founded in 1997 in Corginho, Mato Grosso do Sul State, the Dakila Pesquisas Association is made up of researchers and scientists from a wide variety of fields, predominantly the exact and natural sciences.
