Michelle Creighton, 44, a resident of the Canadian province of Manitoba, says she saw the silhouette of her dead dog on the window shades. The dog died more than a month ago and the silhouette is really very reminiscent of the Great Dane, which he was.
6-year-old Great Dane named Oakley died in April 2018 from an unspecified illness and his owner was very worried about the loss of her pet. Michelle has always been a big dog lover, and Oakley was not just a dog for her, but also a friend with whom she spent all her free time.
More than a month has passed since Oakley's death, but Michelle was never able to come to terms with his loss. But recently in the evening, a woman saw a strange shadow on the curtains of the window in the living room and she froze in place. The shadow was exactly like Oakley's dog.
The woman filmed the shadow on her mobile and what she saw greatly frightened her. But in doing so, she found solace in the fact that it showed her that Oakley was actually still there for her.
“When I saw this, I thought I had a hallucination and it seems to me. But then it dawned on me that it was too similar to the silhouette of my mastiff. I took a quick picture and then checked what was behind the curtain. It was empty. And when I removed my hand and the curtain returned to its place, this shadow was no longer there, as if something that stood there had gone. Goosebumps ran down my skin."
After what she saw, Michelle believes that she received a "sign" from Oakley, who showed her that he is fine where he is now and that she does not need to cry for him like that, because he is still there.
