The movement of clouds is also not suitable as an explanation, since the light spot moves very quickly, retains its shape and, most strangely, this shape is very reminiscent of some ephemeral flying creature.
Perhaps this is why most of the commentators on the video write that it is either an angel or some other creature. And the likes of him have become visible lately due to the “mixing of dimensions”.
A more technocratic version is also expressed, the authors of which see an alien ship in the object. It is quite possible that this is so, since something very strange has been happening in the sky lately.

This video does not fit into any frame at all and the object on the mountain looks like a UFO from ancient vintage films. Moreover, the "plate" was recorded very clearly, which caused a legitimate assumption of a fake. That is, enterprising Mexican guys put something on a hill, walked a couple of kilometers away and filmed the "UFO" through a telescope. But the following facts speak against this version.
Movies are watched all over the world today and that's all, so there is no need to think that the Mexicans are some very stupid and could not make a UFO out of foil, similar to spaceships from modern science fiction films. Why would they do something like a 1950s Hollywood saucer? To make everyone laugh?
In addition, look at the panorama: from the shooting location to the "flying saucer" two or more kilometers in the mountainous terrain. This is to go back and forth along a serpentine road, jump on a mountain, and also build this dummy. For what? For 2,000 views?
People should not be considered stupid, including the directors of fantastic films of the middle of the last century: they made for filming exactly such "plates" as they were seen and then drawn obvious.
