Isis is the goddess of fertility, and also personifies a symbol of femininity and fidelity between spouses. In the ancient texts it is indicated that it was this goddess who helped the ancient Egyptians to master the yarn by women and to treat various types of diseases, and Isis is also the founder of the institution of marriage.
When Osiris went on his journey, Isis remained to rule the country and was known for her wisdom in solving important issues. After a while, she learned about the death of her husband at the hands of the god Set, and this event horrified her. While in mourning, Isis went in search of her husband's body. She heard the story that the ship with the remains of Osiris moored to the shore and the tree began to grow rapidly, wrapping itself around the box with the remains of Osiris, as a result of which he found himself inside the trunk.
King Byblos also learned about the mysterious tree, who wanted to get a valuable relic and sent those who were served to cut down the tree and make a supporting column out of it for the king's palace. The assignment was fulfilled and upon learning of this, Isis went to Byblos to return the body that was laid by right. She managed to get the remains of Osiris and hide him from prying eyes. However, Seth found it and cut it into 14 pieces and hid it all over the country.
Isis did not stop and she managed to collect all fourteen remains and was able to bring her husband back to life thanks to her power, after which she gave birth to the god Horus from him.
