The following text of the Bankers' Manifesto was published “for internal use” in the Civil Servants Year Book (The Organizer), January 1934. That is, it was intended to circulate exclusively among the leading US bankers. In terms of content, the manifesto is aligned with the US Senate document No.43, 73rd Congress, 1st Session (1934) and a number of others.

The initial promulgation of the manifesto "somewhere between 1907 and 1917" is attributed to the American Congressman from Minnesota Charles Augustus Lindbergh Sr., a staunch denouncer of usury and imperialism (1859-1924, Charles August Lindbergh - not to be confused with his son, the famous pilot Lindbergh).
