In the city of Uman there is a park "Sofiyivka" where all lovers of polygonal and megalithic, antiquity and antediluvian lands could find something to do!

National Dendrological Park "Sofiyivka" (Ukrainian Sofiyivka) is a park, a research institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, located in the northern part of the city of Uman, Cherkasy region of Ukraine, on the banks of the Kamenka River. Today it is a resting place. About 500 thousand people visit it annually. Area - 179.2 hectares.

"Sofiyivka" is a landscape type monument of the world gardening art of the late 18th - early 19th centuries. I especially note the time when the park was created!

So to all admirers of Puma Punku, Machu Picchu and Gornaya Shoria….

And by "antiquity" I do not mean statues - an obvious remake, but pedestals for them, carved from granite monoliths with clear edges or fragments of old columns that are lying around idle in many.

But of course everyone's favorite polygonal masonry!

And here is such an idol, very similar to the faces that are found in Brooklyn on the breakwaters!

So the search for ancient "ukrov" is not so groundless, can you imagine what an ukroistorik can come up with if he has a rich imagination and even pays money for it! It's scary to think! Eh, to dig the sand there, what has so richly inflicted something ???:-))))
