There are many hypotheses regarding the phenomenon called "Bigfoot". A group of Novosibirsk researchers who returned from an expedition to Dzungaria claim that these creatures by their nature correspond to the descriptions of the jinn.

This legendary humanoid creature lives, according to eyewitnesses, in the highlands or forest regions of the Earth. So our interlocutors returned from the Dzhungarskiy Alatau region two months ago. This picturesque mountain range is located on the border of Kazakhstan and China. Physiologist Oleg Multsin has already been there three times.
- Nine years ago a man appeared in my life who said that he had an invitation to dialogue from an extraterrestrial civilization. We are the same people, like everyone else, and we can be sincerely wrong. At the same time, we believe that truth is knowable on the basis of the dialectical method. The criterion of truth for us is practice. This is our understanding of the phenomenon we are faced with.

Arriving at the place, the young people refused food and spent all twelve days of the trip in hunger. For Andreev himself, who for forty years walked Dzungaria up and down in search of the mummy and the "roots" known to him alone, refusal to eat during the trip is the norm. "In a state of hunger, it is easier to adjust your own psyche, to feel subtle changes in the internal and external environment," says physiologist Multsin.

The travelers came to the zone on the eighth day of the famine. And, despite the fact that they had already been at a higher altitude, these two thousand above sea level seemed to them a difficult test. Returning, Alexey filmed the surroundings and satellites that were in the distance. Already in Novosibirsk, looking at the pictures, they suddenly discovered that one clearly shows a "local resident". The dark appearance against the background of a scattering of sharply outlined stones, if desired, could be mistaken for a play of light and shadow. But the presence there, in the zone, of something gloomy and incredibly heavy in sensations leaves no doubt among travelers that this was a genie, into whose power they did not fall just because they held on to the rope of faith.

In Russian fairy tales, the attitude towards genies or demons is peculiar. The main character, as a rule, subordinates this creature to his will, makes him work for God's Providence. These are the blacksmith Vakula in Gogol's "Night before Christmas", and Balda at Pushkin.
