The head of the Moscow office of the International Center for Gominology told NSN that the United States and the Russian Federation had agreed not to investigate the Yeti even under Yeltsin.
The FBI first published a dossier on the study of organic samples that could belong to Bigfoot. The request was received back in 1976 from the director of the information center, Peter Berne, who provided the FBI with 15 hair and tissues of unknown origin for analysis. However, the scientist's hopes were not justified: the experts concluded that the hair belongs to a representative of the deer family. The 93-year-old researcher himself admitted to the TV channel that he still believes in the existence of the Yeti.
The FBI will never admit that Bigfoot is not an invention, Igor Burtsev, a cryptozoologist, head of the Moscow office of the International Center for Hominology, said on the air of the NSN. According to him, there is a ban on the study of this topic at the interstate level. And the reason for this is the special superpowers of the snowmen, which can be used both for the good of humanity and for evil.
“How will the FBI react? Of course, they will say that there is no Bigfoot, and this is all the hair of a deer. I even have information that when Yeltsin came to power and negotiated with the American president, there was an agreement: governments will not spend money on researching a number of problems - UFOs, Bigfoot. This topic raises serious suspicions that it is the US government that is holding back this information. Special organs are engaged in this, because these creatures are not an object of cryptozoology, they are not only snowmen, they are supermen. All the evidence suggests that they have very strong paranormal abilities. They can be used for any purpose - say, even in the military. Of course, it is not profitable for the FBI to disclose it,”Burtsev assured.
Nevertheless, it is in the States that the study of snow people, or, as the Americans call them, forest people, is very developed. According to the interlocutor of the NSN, in America, people do not live so far from the habitats of the yeti, and therefore some of them have a chance to interact with mysterious creatures.
“On the other hand, there is a group of activists in the United States that does not just research these creatures, but communicates with them. They call them forest people - "forest people". They are preparing a petition to the government to acknowledge [the existence of Bigfoot] and establish contact with them. These creatures need to be taken as allies, because they are very concerned about environmental problems and are trying to influence people. This movement is very developed in the USA. The fact is that in our country these creatures live in the wild taiga, far from people, but in the States the city is built differently: the infrastructure is in the center, and people live in private houses in the forest. In fact, they are on the same territory. You leave the house in the morning - and there are traces of them,”said Igor Burtsev.
